Everything in this lovely Home is brand new and beautiful! The Living Room Sofa is also a Sleeper, just in case you need it. There’s also a convenient Half Bath just off the Living Area. Slip out to the Waterfront Balcony to take in that salty, sweet sea breeze - you're on island time now!

Mealtime will be a bay breeze in the well-stocked Kitchen with beachy White Cabinetry and Stainless Appliances. You’ll have all the comforts of home, so no need to eat out everyday - unless you want to, of course. And if you’re not one to cook on Vacation, you’re only 5 minutes away from many dining options on Chincoteague Island. You can also whip up the Fresh Catch of the Day, which hopefully you caught, on the Charcoal Grill and dine right on the water in the Picnic Area.

Wandering up to the 2nd Floor, you’ll find Bedroom 1 and a Full Bath. Bedroom 1 has a comfy King Bed and Bay Views that are nothing short of spectacular.
