The apartment, completely renovated with high quality materials and furnishings, occupies the entire second floor of the building (55 STEPS, NO ELEVATOR).
Covering an area of more than 200 sqm (2152 sq ft), it boasts:
- 4 spacious bedrooms (two of which also have a sofa bed inside)
- a big and comfortable living room with a romantic mezzanine
- a fully equipped kitchen
- 3 bathrooms with big shower
- a relaxing infrared sauna room (sauna available from 1st November to 31st March).
Two of our bedrooms also have a large bathtub inside.
Oriuolo 10 is equipped with a heating and air conditioning system and free Wi-Fi connection.
The apartment doesn’t have an elevator as it is located in a historic building, the charming “Palazzo degli Sporti”.
Popular points of interest near the apartment include Piazza Duomo and Piazza Santa Croce.
The apartment is easily reachable from the Florence airport (9 km) and from the Santa Maria Novella railway station (1,5 km).
A few steps from the building there is a strategic paid parking space that we suggest you contact in advance.
