Welcome to our brand-new, fully furnished 3BR/2BA house that comfortably accommodates 7 guests. With all appliances provided, enjoy a hassle-free stay. The backyard offers scenic pond views and a cozy patio with outdoor furniture. Nestled in the beautiful hills of Broussard, our home is conveniently located near Hwy 90, ensuring easy access to nearby attractions. Our home is family friendly with a pack-n-play & highchair in the home.Experience comfort, serenity, and convenience all in one place!
Welcome to our stunning and newly built 3BR/2BA home! Step into a space adorned with high ceilings, abundant natural lighting, and an open concept floor plan that exudes a sense of modern elegance. The kitchen boasts sleek granite countertops and new appliances, perfect for culinary adventures. Indulge in the spacious bathrooms, including a master bathroom with a luxurious garden tub. Each guest bedroom features a walk-in closet, ensuring ample storage. With a convenient washer and dryer inside the home and an attached garage, your comfort is our priority. Outside, immerse yourself in the tranquility of pond views, creating a picturesque backdrop for relaxation. Experience a perfect blend of style, functionality, and serenity in our remarkable abode.
Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there's an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with! It's likely you won't see me during your stay, which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. If you need anything or have questions, just send me a message via Airbnb and I'll be quick to respond.
This home is located in a newly developed neighborhood on a main road right off of Hwy 90.
We prefer Uber, which is a private driver service. Just download the app on your phone to get started. Some places are within walking distance. Enjoy your stay!

Let’s make your stay amazing! Please help us follow these simple rules so our neighbors are respected and our home remains enjoyable for you and the next guest. See below:
1. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.
2. You MUST BE age 21 or older to book.
3. Please no indoor smoking of vape, cigarettes, or illegal drugs.
4. No parties or events (if guest breaks house rules and throws a party or event, guest will be liable, will have to pay a mandatory extra $35 dollars per person over the allowed amount of people, and will be asked to vacate premises).
5. Late checkouts must be approved. If not approved:
-After one hour late checkout you will be responsible for a $50 mandatory unauthorized fee.
-After two hours late checkout you will be responsible for that whole day's base rate without discounts (this does not award you access to the property for the day, this is just a fee).
If smell of odor of smoke indoors or caught smoking indoors, you will be responsible for a $150 fee (this is out of respect of my home and of my next guest).
We ask that all guests respect our home like it is your own. Have a great trip!
BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.
NO swimming allowed in the pond behind the house!
I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
