About this apartment rental

Centrally located on the famous St. Andrew's Street and a mere 5 minute stroll to the beach, Limassol Zoo, Molos promenade or a 10 minute walk to the Old Port and New Marina. This stylish, modern 3 bedroom penthouse has a fully fitted kitchen, sitting and dining area, 2 bathrooms, Wifi & guests have access to the communal rooftop plunge pool (during the summer).

Ideally situated for all holiday makers, business people and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Located in a secure building, this stylish apartment has been designed with modern furnishings to a high standard. Both bathrooms include a shower and the kitchen is fully fitted to include all appliances and utensils.

Relax in the living room or enjoy your meal in the dining area or even better why not chill out on the balcony.

Ideal for holiday makers, couples and small families and perfect for a relaxing getaway in the heart of Limassol. Wifi is included.

Guests can also enjoy a dip in our communal rooftop plunge pool or sunbathe on the decking during the summer months.

We would like to advise guests that there is some renovation work currently being done to the next door building, which some guests might find an issue with the noise level during the day.

Kindly note that electricity is included in the price (based on a limit of 20kWh per day).
If consumption is exceeded, the difference will be charged extra at 0.34c per Kwh.
The meter is read on arrival and departure.

WiFi and water is included (no charge).

During the summer season beach towels are provided along with a cooler bag if required.

The apartment is non smoking, however smokers are welcome to use the balcony.

The building offers a few parking bays to our guests on a first-come first-served basis, therefore we cannot always guarantee car parking space.

It must be noted that although this charming apartment is centrally located on St. Andrew's Street, some guests might experience a level of noise at times during the day/night.

The apartment is a self-catering accommodation and we only supply a few essential starter items such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid and sponge for dishes and therefore we are not a hotel. Guests are responsible to purchase everything that they will require during their stay. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.
