The Space:
This historic restoration, centered in the CBD, highlights NOLA's history for your group without having to leave the house. It's filled with classic features, including fireplaces and wood paneled walls, elevated with modern silhouettes and unique artwork. Complete with a private courtyard, this home embodies what this celebrated city is all about.
-Space is professionally designed and crafted with large groups in mind.
-Private courtyard with dining area and spectacular views of Downtown.
-Original historical architecture is accentuated with hand-picked antique pieces
-Warm wood and cream accents marry vintage and modern styles
-Indoor chef's kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware.
-Cozy dining area for larger meals, and breakfast bar for casual dining.
-Smart TV with apps such Netflix, Hulu, etc.
-Other amenities include WiFi, laundry (washer/dryer/iron & board), and more.
-All beds feature Tempur-Pedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens.
-All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels.
-Public Goods coffee and tea are available for all guests.
DISCLAIMER: Two of the four bedrooms are located in the semi-connected carriage house. In order to access the carriage house bedrooms, guests must walk through either the private courtyard or the second floor balcony.

The Neighborhood:
An amazing NOLA location in the Central Business District, you are steps from famous Canal Street and the French Quarter’s edge. The ideal homebase for city exploring! The Quarter’s bars and eateries are world-renowned, and the CBD itself is home to many of the city’s very best chef-driven restaurants. Kick off your stay with a ride on the famous Canal Street trolley, or take a stroll to Jackson Square, one of the city’s best-loved hotspots. Harrah's Casino is 2 blocks away.
Getting Around:
Walking around the Central Business District is easy and accessible! You will also be less than a 10 minute bike ride to the French Quarter. Biking is a fun and convenient transportation option, with scores of rental shops to choose from. Uber and Lyft services are easy and affordable in this compact city. Retail hub Magazine Street is just a short cab ride away, as are some of the city’s other hip neighborhoods, Bywater and the Marigny.

This is a single family home that is exclusively for your group's use and enjoyment. The only shared space will be the primary entry and alley walkway off of Julia. This is shared with the home next door.

**Review for CBD Area Property in NOLA**
We recently stayed at this property in the CBD area of New Orleans and had an amazing experience. The location was incredibly convenient, with many restaurants within walking distance. The French Quarter was just a 30-minute walk away, and we also enjoyed a 25-minute stroll to Café du Monde. Ubers were readily available whenever we needed them.
The property itself was a pleasant surprise, being much larger than the photos suggested. This added to our comfort and enjoyment during our stay. While the initial check-in process was a bit confusing, and we had some issues with the electronic locks, the property manager was very helpful and guided us through it all.
Overall, this was an excellent space, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We stayed in this beautiful home for a long weekend, and it was incredible. It was very clean and beautiful in every room. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall we were pleased with this rental property. We did have some issues. We have stayed at numerous VRBO properties around the country, so we see how other rental owners present their property. We wished there had been instruction using the Microwave and Dishwasher. Most rental have a prepared "booklet" about the property and its history. What didn't work?.....Kitchen sink faucet was very loose and was basically broken. The locksets on 2 doors became an issue as the door knob handles loosened preventing the doors from operating correctly. Yes there was construction going on next door and we were awaken to pounding on a Friday morning.......Would we stay there again?...Not sure. Location was great.
