Ivys Place has a kitchen and a living/dining room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, 3 x TV, gas fire and WiFi. The bedrooms include a double with TV and en-suite and a double with TV, served by a shower room. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with furniture. Please note, pets are welcome but there is no smoking. Within 1.5 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Highcliffe was a popular seaside resort in the Victorian era, its attractive High Street provides an excellent range of first-class amenities to make the most of. There are many notable attractions in the town which include the dramatic Highcliffe Castle, the beautiful Steamer Point Nature Reserve and a glorious stretch of sandy beach which looks out towards the 'Needles' of the Isle of Wight.
