It is a peaceful retreat less than .5 mile to town square or the spring fed San Marcos river, this home offers easy access to the sites and sounds of the city! It’s a great central location for being able to access either Austin or San Antonio. The sanctuary backs to the green belt for patio sitting with coffee/wine while watching the deer graze. It truly is the best of both worlds!

Master suite equipped with memory foam King mattress, view of the backyard, dresser, huge walk in closet, attached master bathroom with double sinks, a vanity, and walk in shower with double rain shower head.
Guest bedroom with Queen temperpedic mattress with attached full bathroom, tub and a large closet.
Back patio offers a peaceful setting with hanging lights, a fire pit, ceiling fans, and comfortable seating!
The living room is equipped with a 2022 65in smart TV and an electric fire place to keep you cozy. The living room sofa can comfortably sleep1-2 children or 1 adult.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Samsung smart fridge, microwave, water boiler, single cup coffeemaker, over the stove pot filler, sensor activated kitchen sink faucet, toaster, crockpot, blender, granite farm house sink and dishwasher.
