Welcome to our brand-new, stylish haven nestled in Keswick! Boasting modern furnishings and the tantalizing scent of a fresh build, this 4-bedroom + a loft offers a plush getaway. Our home has a spacious living and dining area, professionally styled interiors, and amenities like Wi-Fi, heating, laundry, and ample parking. Conveniently close to the airport, golf clubs, grocery stores, and a theater. Quiet hours in effect from 10pm-9am, and unfortunately, we can't accommodate pets. Welcome!
The listing is for the main part of the home (main floor and upstairs). There is a suite downstairs that does not have a tenant, it is also available on Airbnb, separately, and as an entire home.
Guests will have access to the main floor and upstairs of the home. (except pantry, it is closed for storage).

1) Pets are adorable, but we kindly ask that you leave them at home due to potential allergies
2) No additional unregistered guests (overnight and during the day unless approved) - If additional guests have been approved by the owner, then the names of any extra guests must be provided prior to booking.
We kindly ask that you help maintain the cleanliness of our home by bagging all garbage and leaving spaces as you found them. Thank you!
