This property was completely renovated in 2018, and furnished with short-term rental guests in mind every step of the way! This home also features a carefully designed space that pays tribute to Pittsburgh's pop art scene. Here, bright colors and expressive paintings are beautifully balanced with contemporary amenities such as the vibrant kitchen and spacious master bedroom.

The first-floor unit features no steps to enter the property. Excellent for the elderly and those with mobility issues.

All mattresses are memory foam, crisp new linens & towels, in addition to all the amenities that would come along with a hotel - including but not limited to a blow dryer, Keurig w pods, and a variety of sweeteners, comfortable living room furniture, plenty of seating to entertain a few friends, cooking utensils, privacy blinds, workspaces, and MUCH more.

Guests have access to the entire top and bottom portions of the duplex, easily accessible to one another via a staircase.
