False advertised and terrible neighborhood. Homeless all around, abandon building next door with windows boarded, graffiti everywhere. across the street is lot with abandon cars. So bad I refused to stay with my kids, did not feel safe. Owner refused to work with me after admitting the listing had false advertising. I am out over a grand - ended up booking hotel rooms last min and paying double.

Not far from the David L Lawrence convention center. Limited parking, internet and tv reception wasn’t good at all. Host had good communication. Should include in listing home conversion and surrounding area.

The property was clean and well-decorated and well-stocked. There was plenty of on-street parking and the location is great. The important thing for us was the easy access and accessibility for someone with a rollator. We stayed down stairs and our grown children and spouse stayed upstairs, so we all had great privacy.

The property needs some work and parking was an issue. The unit was furnished with cafeteria seats and the kitchen had very old pots and pans. The neighbors blocked off parking to keep people from parking in front of their homes. No parking specifically for unit.
