Average. No frills. Clean, to the point. Not fancy, but perfect just to spend the night before we continued driving. The area & people seemed a bit sketch, but it was fine.

Staff was great, good value for the money but area had quite a few transient people close and around the property. Didn't have any problems tho.
3.7
The people staying were up and about at 2am! Knocking on each other's doors. I saw one who was clearly homeless, nothing to her name, trying to get a room with other guests. Flood lights around the whole hotel.

We booked last minute for a quick trip and a place to sleep. It’s not really a Studio 6, but a vamped up Motel 6. We got in at 1:10am and my son says “wow, it’s super bright and well lit.” When we went to check in, we couldn’t go inside and had to stand outside by a window for check in. As the guy was checking us in, their internet went down along with their systems and they had to do maintenance on the system. We stood outside for 30 minutes with random homeless people walking by and people who looked like they were on drugs walked by. Being female, I didn’t feel safe at all and after 30 minutes of us standing out there, the clerk asked if we wanted to go inside & I said yes please. 20 minutes after that, we finally got our room and went to get our stuff to bring to the room. It’s now 2am and as we are waking to our room, there are homeless people sleeping in the parking lot, people standing in the hallways & a guy with a machete was walking around. Now I know why the place was so lit up. We slept for 6 hours and left. The rooms are redone very nicely & would have been great in a different area. I would not stay here again ever.

Didn’t feel safe when outside or around hotel area. Not secured. Lobby had no clue on what they were doing or saying. I asked if the room had an iron; she said no. I was a little upset about that. Hmm, I walked into the room and it did have an iron. No shampoo or conditioner bottles. Just small bar soaps.
NOT an organized hotel in a bad area.
3.7
Lots of homeless

The stench of urine in my room was almost unbearable and that was only after the strong smell of bleach, to cover it up, dissipated.
After checking in I noticed the bad smell and went to the front desk. I was told there was no other room available. I will be asking for a full refund. This is unacceptable and I hope that Orbitz will take this hotel off the app.
PS: Also, the neighborhood is very questionable and a female traveling on her own wouldn’t be safe. Shady characters were walking around the property and getting coffee in the lobby.
3.7
I did not like the bathtub. Water does not drain fast. It looks like hairs got stock inside the pipe.
3.7
Roach motel. It’s really a motel 6 under disguise for double the price. Saw 2 roaches and the sheets were still dirty on the corners. Pool looked filthy, good thing it was closed.
3.7
Service completely lacksprofessionalism- the housekeeping and front desk clerks act like their bothered every time I asked to have my room cleaned. I had to call the front desk to even speak to them. Front desk- always had to wait 20min to doo anything.
3.7
The area was not clean and some of our towels had stains.
3.7
The nightstand, the table top and the toiles were not clean. the first night I told the front desk girl that the toilet was clogged, she said: you can come for the tool and unclog it yourself (instead of offering solutions or tell me that maintenance will take care of it). Other than that, is a good place if you don’t want to spend too much money for a room.
3.7
Cleaner bed sheets would have been ideal.
3.7
Very nice & peronal!!
3.7
Just a lot of bugs and food residue from previous guest

Currently trying to sleep as I type this in my room to no avail. There are people on my floor who are presumably partying, who’ve continuously been entering and exiting rooms, slamming doors, and it’s been hours. It’s now almost 3am.
The property attracts unsavory characters and the area is unsettling. Frankly would not comfortably suggest a family with children to stay here. I paid far too much for this room, described as a studio, especially only to lose sleep and feel unrested. The windows have poor coverage, so light enters in at night as you’re trying to doze off as well. Between this and the noise, looks like a no sleep situation for me.
Should have heeded the lower ratings, but was hopeful I’d have a different experience. The convenience factor is no longer relevant.

The room itself was nice and everything looked orderly and clean. The air conditioner was absolutely terrible. It didn’t work at all which was a huge driving point for booking a hotel. Air conditioning is a must. It barely worked. The beds were also uncomfortable. They had old springs, were off-kilter, and made a lot of noise. There were also a lot of strange people outside of the motel and people inside who were arguing/screaming in the night and the morning.
3.7
The staff were nice, the room was pretty good however for the price I was expecting more. The tub had no way to plug, the lock didn't work for the bathroom and sometime during the night the fridge quit working, so I lost some cold items. The area was sketchy
3.7
There was a cockroach in our room. Need I say more?
3.7
It’s ok for maybe a one night stay. Stayed in for two days was some what paranoid all at night. Due to a few sketchy people just standing in one spot all day outside my room. The door to our room the bottom latch cylinder wouldn’t latch properly making it less secured and only relying to the top cheap latch what it seems to be barely hanging on. The room was a little dirty could tell the floor wasn’t properly cleaned the pillows are ok bed is ok . Over all need a on site security guard patrolling the area . Get those sketchy people to leave . I don’t think I will be staying here again. it’s worth paying the extra money for a nicer safer hotel room. Be able to sleep threw the night and have your family safe.

This is located in the center of homeless people. The room was nice. The bed was awful. I asked the front desk to make sure I did not get room service. They went in anyway. The property is clean but the area is a bit sketchy.
3.7
Horrible experience, roaches all over the room
3.7
Considering the homelessness they kept the surrounding area clear and very comfortable. My hats off to the employees.
3.7
Don’t let the pictures fool you, this is nothing like what is shown on Expedia. Rooms are small. Lots of vagrants around. Would not book this hotel again!
3.7
Toilet holding water tank was leaking water had to extend the chain so it will flush,
3.7
Nice place to stay
3.7
I liked that the parking was up front and that the property had an elevator. I also liked that the room was nice and clean.
3.7
New beds, but cheap; hard plastic chair; 720 line tv (1080 is hd). But, at these prices, what do you expect? I could sleep, and the heat/AC worked. Nice shower, too.
3.7
Seems like the bedding is not very clean and towel had hair on it. There was a motorhome/ RV Parker at the back.
3.7
During our stay we found a couple of roaches in our bedroom.
3.7
For the price it was average. We just slept there, so no luxuries needed. There were a lot of fast food places to eat at, so that was nice. Having a refrigerator and microwave was nice.
3.7
They make it easy.
3.7
Room was very clean and bed super comfortable. Restaurants at walking distance.
3.7
This hotel is like being home!! It’s spacious clean and quiet. I work at night and have enjoyed my stay!!
3.7
The Rooms were neat and clean. The Staff friendly. But the property itself is run down, the elevator smells bad.
3.7
Clean
3.7
People using drugs in property and guys asking for money by checking area not safe leaving family in the car during check in
3.7
Very clean comfortable the staff was very nice no complaints
3.7
They offered a Suite for the same price as a single. I thought it was a typo, but no!
3.7
Silly, but the sheets actually smelled fresh and clean. Many places you stay, you know the sheet are clean, they just don't have that fresh smell. The floor in the bathroom and by the sink area were heated, what a treat. My only complant would be that the room was tight with a kingsize bed in it.
