Perfectly located apartment on 3rd level of house, where we could walk to football game and Aggieville. Owners had a welcome basket with cookies, snack crackers and apples.

We stayed 2 nights for parents weekend. The place is very clean and charming. The owners are great! Very friendly and onsite. My wife loved the homemade cookies! We were the first renters and they had all of the bases covered. Everything you need is there.
The location is awesome! 3 blocks from Aggieville and 5-6 blocks from downtown. Walking distance to everything. We already booked another weekend.
