Summary:
These are separate, but neighboring apartments. Although they don’t connect internally, the entrances are adjacent to each other. Each unit has its own living space, kitchen, and bathroom.
The Space:
LOCATION: The Luzianne by Roami is located in the Central Business District and is a quick 10 minute walk from the French Quarter, home to some of the best bars and restaurants New Orleans has to offer.
The Luzianne is conveniently located next to all the places you want to be in the Big Easy, 10 minutes from the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center and the French Quarter, and five minutes away from Lafayette Square. This makes the Luzianne the perfect place to stay for work or play.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM.
ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.
BATHROOM: All 5 bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.
KITCHEN & DINING: Both kitchens are fully renovated and stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). Each dining area has seating for 6, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.
AMENITIES: This property has a washer and dryer in each unit. The property also has a lobby.
PARKING: Street parking is available on a first come, first served basis. No onsite parking.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, 14 towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TV for your streaming apps like Netflix.
AREA: The approximate unit size is 2,600 square feet.
