Property was clean and well-maintained. I loved that we weren’t completely rustic and had access to bathrooms and showers. Owners had great communication, were easy to work with, and suggested local places for our family to explore. We weren’t in the hustle and bustle of a big city but Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville were all within a 30 minute drive. Highly recommend a stay here!

Wonderful property, great hosts and the road in is an adventure unto itself. Away from everything, but close enough for a quick drive to get to all of the attractions. Thank you for sharing you property with us, we will come back.

Great RV. The hosts communicated throughout and made sure we had everything we needed. The property is getting better and better as they improve it. Everything was clean, especially the bathrooms. Really appreciated having internet and a smart tv. Would definitely stay there again if we were coming back to the area.

Loved the campers layout, plenty of room for everyone. Peaceful outside at night and relaxing to be able to not hear noise from town. Loved walking around the property and exploring. The kids loved playing with toys the host shared as well as the camp kitty. Couldn’t ask for more friendlier hosts! Went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Would definitely stay again.
