Everything except for our room was actually really decent.

Everything. The blankets were full of cigarettes' burns, the place was dirty, the shower was filthy, the smoke detector had been removed, the safety lock between rooms had been torn off the wall....horrible experience left after first night even though I had booked for 4. This place is a death trap.

There was very little i liked besides the location - maybe. the price was appropriate at first, but not honored by the property. so there was only perhaps the location.

the price was appropriate at first, $52, but not honored by the property. they said they price matched but did not match the $52 i was already charged on booking.com, they instead raised it to $60 at the last minute when i had no other options for a room. They said they "didn't care" what booking.com did, and that they "were not booking.com, were they?" The staff was rude. They didnt price match or honor what was CLEARLY their property avaialble for reserving on booking.com. Then they put us in a room with no running water. To top it off, at 5:30 in the morning, the maintenance man started banging on the door. When i opened the door he revealed we should have never been put in that room, and that there was a leak coming down and asked if we had touched any pipes or valves in the room. We immediately packed our bags and left. It was the worst experience I've had in a long time, i was charged once by booking.com for $52 and a second time by the property claiming they didn't work with or honor booking.com or my paid reservation, for $60. So I paid $112 for one night in a really run down shabby room after being disrespected by staff, twice. I will be contacting customer service for both booking.com and the property to discuss a refund of my money.
