The unit has locks with door codes. Codes and other check-in details will be provided via message and texted to your phone on the day of check-in.

Located in a beautiful residential area and nearby restaurants and bars, this home is the perfect spot for your group, whether you're friends, family, or colleagues. Downtown Scottsdale is an easy 14-20 minute drive away. There are also plenty of delicious local dining options available a 10 minute walk away. This location is ideal for those who want to be within striking distance of Scottsdale's nightlife and culinary scenes, while maintaining privacy and quiet at night.
All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car, ridesharing services, bike, or public transportation. Both off-street and on-street parking is available. This home has two off-street parking spots available to use in the driveway just to the left of the main entrance. Additionally, there is enough space to park three cars on the street in front of the home on Gold Dust Avenue and three to four spots along the side of the property on 34th Street. Please refrain from parking in front of any of the neighboring homes and maintain a twenty-foot distance from the corner STOP sign.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES
–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.
–The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule.
–The hot tub is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment.

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.
–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
–Pets are not allowed at this property.
–Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival.

The house is spacious and beautiful, checking in and out was easy. The dishwasher wasn’t working properly and we had a question about the stove but the property manager was super helpful. We will definitely go back, it was an incredible trip!

Everything was more than expected. There were more than enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. No one Lots of extra large tables for games and meals. Easy check in and excellent communication with the host! The pool was of most excellence for the kids (and adults) to enjoy. Put put range was awesome and movies outside. We would visit again!
