The hotel was excellent. Clean, comfortable, lovely rooms, great staff and service in all areas. The breakfast and buffet dinner was exceptional. The staff were lovely, always accomodating and professional. Was on a business trip for five days and would definitely come back again. Thank you Aurika and the lovely people who work there.

The Location is ideal. The cuisine for the buffet at the Mirasa Restaurant has to be having more of non veg items. Our guest had a bad experience with this. in addition the pool area was not safe and my guest almost had a fall because of no proper mat flooring around the pool area. Saloon and spa is great especially RD ( therapist ) at the Spa. The server name Rithik was exceptional, he was very energetic and gave us excellent service. Also to mention Noel at the Mirasa Rest was extremely efficient in taking orders.

Airport hotel, so booked shuttle for early morning but they denied all knowledge and i had to wait for shuttle and arrived late to airport. When checking in the lasy went away to confirm as well.

For a short stopover, the convenience to the airport is excellent and being an almost brand new hotel, there is a real effort to make you feel welcome. Offers very good value given the higher cost of other airport hotels.

The hotel is quite new and rooms are a good size and clean. There was a mix up between hotels.com and the hotel over airport transfers - this is the 2nd time it’s happened. The hotel have been excellent about it. Hotels.com have been terrible.

This hotel is located at a clumsy place with no shopping or restaurants around it. The entrance is very deceiving. The restaurant is very expensive with very bland taste. The price is not worth it. We ordered room service palaak paneer was added with artificial colors, naan was too hard and rice was very dry. But we had no other choice. Room was good with steady supply of cosmetics. The registration process was not like a 5 star hotel. I gave a 4 star just because of the restaurant.

Amazing service and great staff Priyanka was excellent all throughout. The hotel is very modern great bedroom comfort and very clean. I have extended my stay for another 2 days at this hotel as a result of the above.

I had a wonderful stay in Aurika , I even had a free Upgrade to a more spacious and beautiful room ! It’s not my first time staying here but every time I come it’s even better service . Thank you all the Stuff for being so nice

Property is good, but the public in the hotel was too low, the buffet at the restaurant was not up to the grade of 5 star hotel , food was cold, people dinning in the restaurant was too low , they were taking the food with their hands, some of them were walking barefoot, also while returning to the room we saw some people standing in the lobby chatting and made us uncomfortable, we had the flight to catch early morning, we called the front desk to transfer our luggage by 3am in the morning, no body showed up , we had to drag the luggage to the downstairs lobby. So sorry to say we will not use these hotel next time.

Although it's a new property, it is in a poor state of repair. The quality of furnishing in the rooms, especially in the bathrooms, is not worthy of a 4/5-star hotel. Service at the front desk is ok. However, service at breakfast, although polite, is very unprofessional and utterly slow. I had the breakfast and dinner package included, and the quality and variety of food were mediocre at best. When I was checking out, they probably installed a new lift. It had plastic coverings on it, but no one bothered to clean the dirty hand prints and oil marks from the installation process before making the lift operational. Overall, the vibe is that of a 3-star hotel at the best. They don't even have a cloakroom. They will take care of your luggage, but it is kept open in front of the concierge desk - very unsightly. The manager did offer me a free ride to the airport, but as I was travelling to another part of Mumbai, they were not happy to help - not that it mattered. I really hope they improve.

Convenient to get to BKC. A new hotel - clean and bright. Occasional cruise, tour groups crowd the hotel and dining rooms but usually quiet with the airline crews and regular guests. Staff is very attentive, approachable. Huge shout out to Harshal, Zovi, Kishor and Naveen for making our dining and stay comfortable. Has a great gym and pool. For dining options, go with the buffet.

Aurika in Skycity Mumbai is a spectacular new hotel with great ambience. Our room was furnished beautifully with appropriate places to keep our “things” for quick easy access. The property itself was fantastic. For that alone we would stay at the same hotel again. However, I wish there was staff designated to help travelers with guidance for the local area. There were a lot of staff around - but they were not efficient. The staff needs to be trained to help foreigners with basic information. That is the only thing that disappointed me. Other than that, it is a very clean and beautiful hotel.

The service was terrible for a 5 start hotel. When we said we needed a glass to put room it took them 1.5 hours to give us the glass. We stayed there for 3 days, asked for towel took them 1 hour. Apparently they said they are short on staff. I understand but that’s not what you tell someone who is paying 600 bucks for 3 days.
