Prepare to be captivated by this magnificent 3-bedroom house in the heart of Liverpool. Designedly suited for families and groups, this charming abode boasts a combination of style, comfort, and convenience that will leave you breathless.
It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a garden area to enjoy the fresh air.
The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.
There are three bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms have a double bed while the third has a single bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Location for Liverpool city, and arena is ideal. About 10 mins in car. Lots of takeaway options nearby. Able to park right outside. Not the most upmarket area but neighbours polite and friendly. Downstairs loo, always very handy. Bedrooms a good size. Clean and tidy, again not the highest spec when comes to furniture but served it's purpose with enough seating in lounge and at the table for all. Very pleased to have a fan in the bedroom, could have done with one in each room to be honest as house was very warm with the present climate. Beds where clean but could do with slightly thicker mattresses, especially for adults. Checking in and out was smooth and easy.

We stayed at Anfield Urban Escape to attend an event at Anfield Stadium. Communication was good with the booking and easy to check in. The presentation of the property was not as expected. There were bits of trash in the front walkway and in front of the door. As we entered there was a mop and bucket propped behind the front door. There were stains on the walls and something had been spilled on the furniture and not cleaned properly. The stairs needed vacuuming. Kitchen was tidy but not clean. Upstairs beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom needs some repair work from the shower head leaking on the floor during showers. Bath tub area needs to be cleaned to remove mold. So overall- convenient but I expected more from a VRBO. Guest ready (a vrbo partner?) offered to take 30% off the cleaning deposit due to the low standard of cleaning.
