The pool table was excellent and the location was amazing. It was spacious and had enough spaces for everyone.
Cleanliness on arrival wasn’t great. Pool was dirty and kitchen bench. Dirty things like plates were found in the cupboards from someone else’s stay. Some things weren’t working like the oven. Some areas of the house had a strong musty smell.

The property Location and Size is good for big groups
The pool is filthy when we arrived. We were told that it will be cleaned the next day. But,
its public holiday and they used that excuse not to clean the pool. They sent someone after complaining in Customer’s service of booking but the pool is still cloudy and can be use the next day which is our check out.
We have booked this property because of the pool as one of the amenities but was not able to use it.
The management/staff speaks limited english. Not responsive to the guest.Do not stay here.

The size of the property is great and the house is very large. Kitchen was very well equipped for a large group. The slippers for each guest were a really nice touch.
We had some issues with the plumbing not working but the owners came and fixed that within an hour of me calling. Also a few issues with the power cutting out a few times and the light not working in the main toilet - but I think the owners were trying to fix this so hopefully won’t be an issue for the next guest.

Big and spacious
-The pool was extremely dirty and could not be used.
-Construction noise during the day.
-Outdoor tables and chairs had not been cleaned for a while.
-Maintenance workers entered the backyard without notice at 9.30am, talking loudly and did not close the gate on their way out.

Location was good, although flooded with difficult access when we arrived.
House was lovely until we had structural issues due to a leaking air-conditioning roof pipe that resulted in a large, partial roof cave in, in the family room, rendering that area unusuable.
Nice tennis court and swimming pool area, large rooms and good size kitchen for a large group.
We had a large roof area fall in, from water damage - rendering part of the house uninhabitable and requiring workmen to come in and out of the property attending to the issue all day (our only day at the house!)
It was actually dangerous as we had small children and the family room could not be used for fear all day of the roof falling until it actually did.
Other than that, the house needs a few things upgraded - more kitchen cooking pots, bigger toaster, utensils, more coffee mugs etc. It is meant to cater for 29 people but we struggled with 13 - 5 of which were kids.
Bar fridge leaked condensation water continuously across the floor, the freezer couldn't open, there were not enough double sized beds - way too many single bunks to house couples adequately and the Hot water stopped.
Pool filter needs an upgrade and bedrooms air-con was inadequate.
