Loved the convenience of this location with many walkable restaurants in Avondale and Windermere plus walking and biking available. Easy Uber ride to downtown (no issues with parking that way!) and fast drive to Folly. House is well equipped for cooking. Back porch is lovely. Perfect for the three of us.

This was the perfect spot - not only close to where we have family there that lives but also in walking distance to coffee, restaurants, shopping. and a short drive to anything else!!! The Unit was awesome and well stocked with everything you could need! Will definitely come back here!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay for a girls' trip. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was fully decked out with any cooking item you could need. Unlike other places we've stayed, there was enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. for the entire trip so we didn't have to buy/bring additional supplies. Would definitely book again for another trip to Charleston.

Nicely updated, minutes from downtown, easy walking distance to bars and restaurants! The beach chairs, umbrella and towels were a nice touch for our day at Folly Beach! Note that there's only one bathroom on the upper level, small but usable for the two of us. Would recommend!

Great location, only 10 minutes from downtown Charleston. Easy in/out; nice patio in the back for relaxing. Only downside was that none of the three ceiling fans worked. Overall, nice place for a long weekend stay!

The rental is adorable, updated, and clean. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to some great restaurants and easy access to beaches and Charleston. Beach chairs and umbrellas included.

My parents and I were in town for a long weekend and were happy we chose to stay here. It’s quiet, conveniently located, clean and cute. Lacey alerted me to an unforeseen issue with the property as soon as my flight landed, but it didn’t impact our stay at all. Communication was great, the fix timely and she even had a back up plan in case the issue lingered until the AM. We really appreciated how on top of everything she was. Would def stay here again without hesitation.
