A low budget hotel. New, but not for everyone

The hotel looks great. Brand new inside and outside. Looks? Great! Cheap construction! any neighboring room activities happening you participate as well. People watching TV on neighboring apartments? you hear everything! same for phone calls, music, phone vibration, phone calls, phone alarm vibration on the night stand looks like on yours, I woke up with the alarm from my neighbor, Looks like the floor and the walls are made out of paper. people walking above? looks like elephants walking around! unbelievable. I could not sleep on both nights reservation. No, I do not recommend this hotel. Staff being trained took long time to check in...

This is very basic hotel, but set up for extended stay, complete with a small stove, full size microwave and fridge. The room is not equipped with any utensils, pots or pans so it would be necessary to bring your own items to be able to cook and eat. However, the hotel seems fairly new so the room seemed very clean. I liked the fact that there are both drawers and shelve units in the room which would have made a longer stay convenient.

It was prettier on the outside..inside was thinking walled and the bed was uncomfortable

Convenient and affordable stay. New hotel that was affordably priced

My stay was nice unfortunately the walls are very thin I was woken up by someone constantly banging on the wall for at least 15 minutes. Not cool. Other than that everything else was fine.

Just doesn’t have the same amenities or hospitality as a hotel and I was expecting that. Soaps, creams…….

Cheap everything. No ice, windows don’t keep sound out so the road is very noisy, walls and floors must be made of paper as you hear every noise from upstairs and either side. Has a basic kitchen in the room , but not even a spoon is provided. 2 towels per room, 1 1oz shower gel/shampoo. No where in the grounds to sit outside, multiple people outside having to sit on the curb stone. Left numerous days early, refused to refund anything. Some of the other guests told me they were homeless who are having they stay paid by welfare etc, no disrespect to them but shows the standard of the accommodation.

This hotel is fine for cost reasons, but it was surprising that when walking to my room i passed a room with the door open and a lady was clearly living there. Had a dog gate at the door & was cooking with the door open so the smell in the hall was strong. The bed was old & squeaky.

When calling to get information, asked about early
check-in. Was assured it was available. When arriving 1 1/2 hour early, was told early check-in was not available, no restrooms were available to use, and to find a restaurant to wait out of the 112 degree heat. Was also told my pet was allowed and a " cleaning deposit " of $50.00 was required, to be refunded if the room was clean, only to read the fine print later to discover the $50.00 was a "Pet Registration Fee" that was not refundable. Rooms are very noisy.

Upon arrival the front desk person was mopping and felt annoyed we were there to check in. I am unsure if it was a man or woman. Which doesn't matter but they were dress very sloppy and NOT friendly at all nor did they know about the amenities of the hotel when we asked questions. The rooms are basic, the beds are uncomfortable and nosey. I would not stay there again personally.

Employees were great. But this hotel is trying to scam me for $70+ saying my toddlers were calling long distance. But there is steps to dial numbers which they cannot do. They wont show me where the calls were, how many calls anything, just said he sees calls

Good enough in every way but nothing too special about this place. Probably best for a business traveler staying a week or more that wants to have a kitchenette to prepare their own food.
The lobby is the most underwhelming thing I’ve ever seen and there’s locking security doors after hours in multiple places. Ironically what’s designed to make you feel safe and secure makes you wonder why they have adopted the same system as a jailhouse for entry lol

There were the barest of amenities. No kleenex, you have to exchange a wash cloth to get a clean one, no coffee in the room, you have to ask for a hair dryer. No shampoo, lotion etc, only the tiniest bar of soap. I thought the price was reduced a tiny bit because of no breakfast but there just isn’t any thing going for it except it’s clean.

Checkin was less than friendly. We didn’t get a hi, a welcome, nothing but a dirty look when we walked in. We got asked to pay extra $2.16 upfront for extra linens, even though we weren’t going to be needing extra linens. The are no ice buckets nor ice machines in the building! There was no Kleenex, no hair dryer, one very small bottle of shampoo & one very small bar of soap for a room with two queen size beds. I believe there should be enough supplies for at least four adults to use without having to ask the front desk for more.
I personally had one dirty/gross pillow w/ stuff on it. There was a few dark hairs in the shower, so you know it wasn’t cleaned, much less even rinsed down from the previous person.
Our room with taxes and fees was about $120 for the night. They asked if we had a dog, which I said that I did, and it cost an additional $60 for my 15 year old dog that weights 6.7lbs, hypoallergenic and doesn’t bark or anything!!!! He cost basically cost more than three adults. It was frustrating to pay the extra cost when I didn’t see it say anything on the website and then we get charged extra (I understand most hotels has an extra charge for dogs) but when we got our room from Hotels.com normally they are discounted compared to everyday charges,
Maybe they should do the same if your going to have a dog stay with you ass well. Anyways, when we got to our room and there a pile of dog hair between the two beds. 10/10 wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.

I would never stay at this hotel. Quality and cleanliness is below standards.

Fair price, and in a good location. Rooms are clean and simple. No iron or ironing board which is an inconvenience. They need to be signed out at the reception desk. Also, only one small bar of soap and one small bottle of shampoo.

The agent required a photo ID of every guest at check-in and made photo copies of them. I expressed that I was uncomfortable with a photo copy of my ID being kept and was told effectively, too bad. Additionally, this caused the check-in process to take more than 30 minutes for our party to check in 2 rooms. I've stayed at other Woodspring Suites and never had this experience. This hotel is not in a sketchy part of town and shouldn't be a security issue, so the demand for photo ID from every guest and photocopying of ID's is ridiculous. The rooms are clean but very minimally furnished. The beds were cheap bed frames and plastic mattress covers that caused the fitted sheet to continually slip off in the night and give you a sweaty, clammy nights "sleep". The bedding and beds were horrible. There was no blow dryer provided in the room. A blow dryer was available but only after a trip to the front desk. We were told at check-in that housekeeping only came every 14 days. I think this is very cheap and it's ridiculous to expect someone to use a hotel room for 14 days without housekeeping services or clean towels. I would never recommend this hotel to another individual and will try to avoid this chain in the future.
