3 storey building, staircases are narrow but it's a 250 yr old house with loads of character. We used it for 6 of us visiting for The Great Escape, we will be back next year too !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and feel it was great value for money. The property is near to the beach and the buzz of the town with all the local restaurants. Romany is a very conscientious host and provided a lot of information and regular communication which we appreciated. 5*!

Perfect location for a trip to Brighton
The house is cosy and well equipped. It’s very centrally located only 15 min walk from station, 5 mins from beach and 10 mins from central Brighton. There are lots of independent shops, pubs and restaurants locally.
We were a party of 6 adults and had enough space to cook, eat and socialise comfortably.
Romany is a perfect host, able to answer any questions promptly, the property is well maintained and immaculate throughout. We wanted for nothing during our stay.

Great house located near to everything in Brighton. Bonus having a nice sun trapped courtyard to enjoy the last sun rays of the day. Great host very helpful throughout our booking. Lovely art work in the house encouraging conversation as to our thoughts & what we saw..

Brighton Art House
We arrived early, but Romany was most obliging. The house is a piece of art in itself. Every room is beautiful. Just a stones throw from the main hub in Brighton. And thanks to Romany, we were able to leave cars in NCP pre-booked. Therefore we were able to enjoy a parking ticket free weekend!

Family holiday
Fabulous location , right next to the Sea-life centre and pier. Fun vibrant neighbourhood with really nice restaurants too. The only issue we had was that there isn’t any parking at all with the property so we had to park in the NCP car park which is approx a 10 min walk and that added a considerable amount of money on top of the house cost… so factor this into your plans. Overall though we had a great week. The host is lovely too and gave one of our party a lift to a parking spot out of town

Only word - Awesome
Great communication when we booked and before we arrived. Any question we asked was answered promptly and in detail.
When we arrived the place was spotless and a brilliant location. All the bedrooms are a great size, and there is a nice kitchen and lounge area plus a dining room. What more could you ask for?
Thanks for the great stay abs look forward to booking again soon.

Family Christmas week 2019
Location for Brighton amenities excellent, comfortable beds, super clean, showers fabulous, kitchen white good to a high standard, towels and bedding good quality. In all very comfortable cosy and georgous. Quite a lot of narrow stairs, may rule out under threes and over seventy fives. Age group of party 30 to 70.

Brighton holiday June 2019
We have just spent a week at this beautiful property minutes from the beach in the heart of Brighton . The house is colourfully furnished with masses of character and Romany’s stunning art work on the walls made the house even more interesting. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms spacious. It was great being in the heart of Brighton which has an overwhelming choice of restaurants, we stuck to some of Romanys recommendations and can highly recommend ‘Food for friends ‘ and ‘casa don carlos’ . The Lanes were wonderful and it was great to see so many independent cafes, shops and eateries. We were a mixed aged group with three 20 year olds and four 50 something’s and we all felt that Brighton has something for everyone . Thanks Romany for such a great holiday

Brilliant location
Situated in Kemp town this property is very well located and all the main attractions are easily accessible . Bedrooms quirky and comfortable and we loved the master bedroom . We didn't use the outdoor space but it was good to have it .
No need to cook as there are cafes and restaurants on every corner .
The pavilion is a must .
Great thanks

Brighton Marathon weekend
Five adults and two children stayed in Romany’s property over the Brighton Marathon weekend. Romany was in regular contact before our stay to ensure our stay was as comfortable as he could make it. This was despite him experiencing a personal tragedy. During the trip, he was low key, discrete but close to hand if we needed to call upon him (which thankfully we didn’t). The house is well equipped and comfortable. We would deffo stay again. Thanks Romany

Very comfortable house in a very central location
This is a beautiful house which is very comfortable and well equipped.
It’s only a few minutes walk from the pier, pavilion and lanes so very easy to enjoy Brighton without needing to use a car. The owner was extremely helpful too.

Perfect pad for a weekend in Brighton
Fantastic stay in a house full of character, not least because of owner Romany's superb artwork adorning the walls throughout. Located right in the heart of Brighton, this is the perfect base for a great stay in the UK's best town.
