I stayed 3 nights.

Best location. Also have pool and own kitchen to cook.

I don’t know how to report faulty equipment such as light in the toilet to fix immediately.

Amenities issues..

I like the place.. very strategy location.. go down there.. too much food and shopping mall that you can visit.. especially the seafood ❤️

Maybe you should provide the coffee tea amenities and the mini bar maybe just put the soft drink or drinking water.. make it more choices on the bathroom amenities.. they just provided the shower gel.. other then that no.. Too much Dusty, under bad dusty, the wall have a black mark.. and the cobwebs 🤦.. can be seekness when too long for staying.. 😓 I can not use the swimming pool by the time I go there.. is under maintenance.. so far the staff doing great 👍

The view was stunning 😍. Beside that, the staff are very friendly and welcoming ❤️ I would love to stay here again in the future. Keep up the good work! 😊

UNSATISFIED STAY

Unsatisfied stay but only respect the owner of the property bcoz she's being nice to us, talk nicely & changed another room even only a bit better then before.

Many! First, expensive not worth the money🫤. 2nd, lift, need long que with many guest waiting😵‍💫During check-in the access key so hard to use, after we got inside the room, I already smelled the toilet/bathroom so bad@smelly. The bedsheet also smelly, dirty & I saw hair on the bed😪. Heater not functioning, toilet clogged😵‍💫even the floor also oily

Homestay should provide basic utensils .

The beautiful seaside view.. Love it.😍

Some of the kitchen stuff was not complete, such as handwash, dish cloth, garbage plastic, kitchen's knife & the scissor.Those stuffs are most wanted @ needed if you stay more than a day with family...😃

Bien situé et piscine agréable. Literie confortable.

Très petit logement. Le divan était très sale. Aucun linge pour nettoyer la cuisine. Seulement 4 serviettes blanches pour la douche. La bâtisse est encore en construction.

i like the cozy style of this apartmemt,clean and tidy

my bad review for the lift during waiting turn it takes almost 1 hour..very busy during have a lot of visitors especially weekend..i can imagine if any matters that you want to rushing to settle it is very possible to do...

I am statisfy and happy.

It’s clean & tidy. The TV is the latest version, the kids still can enjoy their tv show while relaxing. The view from the room window is superly nice, where I can see the glimpse of sunset & an island.

There are 2 bed in the room, which the king size bed super cozy & new. Meanwhile the other queen size bed, is old and can feel the spring when lying down on it.

Absolutely unacceptable approach of the owner

I absolutely don't recommend this place. Renting an apartment in a building that is being renovated and where the noise makes it impossible to sleep is absolutely unacceptable. Moreover, the lack of hot water, air conditioning and ants indicate a lack of any respect for the guest. We had to check out after 1 day. The owner doesn't want to give money back for the nights we were already gone.

Will stay elsewhere on my next trip to KK.

Apartment was clean, good proximity to food markets and the the things KK city has to offer. Aircon is cold, and shower is hot.

As of Nov 2023, building is still under construction. Pool is open, but not finished, with construction still taking place. Located across from the fish market, with all of the associated smells in the hot sun. No toilet paper in room. WiFi unstable, not suitable for WFH applications - is 4G, and mobile service is poor in the apartment. No power outlet in bathroom. No clothes hangers provided. For a new building, is not well sound-proofed.

Great location and well equipped

Perfect location, right in the city centre, near Gaya, Sinsuran, Pantai Street, Waterfront, Phillipine market and jetty. Malls are also around the place.

Perfect stay in Kota Kinabalu City Centre

Very comfortable stay with LW Suites. Host is very helpful. We're staying at the seaview unit, view is superb. Definitely would come back again.

Parking is rm5 per entry. Need to contact host for checkin. Not a big issue.
