Close to a metro station, which was convenient. Also close to a number 13 tram stop which takes you straight through the historic centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would certainly use this hotel again.

Hotel Tourist is good for one night, bed was comfortable and close to metro. Breakfast was good too.

The location was good, it is a 5 minute walk from the metro that takes you into the old town. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were also comfortable. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay here and would go again.

Left my key in the hotel lobby while heading out and got back to the hotel at 11 to find the door locked and had no way back inside. Having no staff overnight to help in a situation like that is ridiculous and it completely ruined my trip. Would not recommend

It was a good hotel in a great location, parking is available but you need to book in advance, you can park on the street but need to pay €1/hr.
room was fairly clean, with AC and tv, bed was ok. Breakfast was great. Staff were polite and friendly.

It’s a little bit far from city center. Nevertheless there is a metro station close nearby the hotel.
The bedroom is spacious and comfy. The mattresses are good.
The sink’s bathroom was dirty.

The hotel is close to the Porta Susa rail station (about 15-20 minutes' walk or a short trip by bus or metropolitan subway).
The staff at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly and spoke good English (I spoke to them in Italian but also observed them speaking English with other guests).
The room was clean, spacious and very warm (which was a bonus, as I arrived at the hotel on a very cold and rainy day).
The bed was comfortable and the room quiet (save for the noise caused by the rainwater dripping on a nearby metal roof, but that was not something that depended from the hotel).
The only (minor) remark about my room was that the bathroom's door would not close or lock, remaining slightly ajar, but that was just a minor inconvenience.
Also, as a suggestion, installing safes with combination locks in the rooms (as many hotels nowadays do) will be a nice touch: whilst it is true that one can leave valuables or documents at a hotel's reception, it is always an added bonus for a guest to have the convenience of a personal safe in the room.
The food at the breakfast was freshly prepared and abundant.
Finally, the price was extremely good, making the experience at the hotel very positive.

The stay was great. The room was cute with nice artwork. We stayed for one night and it was sufficient enough.

Everything was great, happy we stayed there. Location is good

The location and the nice receptionists are the only good things we can say about this hotel.
It's started when we found out that nobody cleaned the fridge after the last guests (and that makes you think what they DID clean), the shower drain was clogged so you quickly showered in your own filth, the remote control didn't work and the WIFI was the probably the worst WIFI we've ever had.

Excellent price/quality ratio. Not stylish but clean and comfortable.

Checkin & checkout was smooth.
Staff was very friendly.
The room was stylish & the bed were comfy.
Charging outlet conveniently next to the bed.
Hotel was very near to metro & the nearby place has markets & the central bus terminal. Room key is still old fashion and bulky. The door sqeeks & bangs against the door frame when closing.

A really quiet and nice hotel close to the busy Corso Francia. Very friendly and polite staff.
Nice and clean rooms.

We chose the hotel because of the price and proximity to the Metro Line. The check in was quick and easy. The receptionist was very helpful and courteous, explaining the hotels facilities clearly and concisely. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious with all the usual amenities. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The only slight annoyance was noisy plumbing from a room near ours first thing in the mornings.

Personnel is kind and breakfast is ok, but rooms are old and need renovation/refurbishment.

Stayed one night to go to Juventus game. OK but a bit expensive for what it offers.

When I travel to Torino, I prefer staying at the Tourist. They remember repeat guests and make your stay very enjoyable. The city center is not extremely close to the hotel, but walking to the city center takes about 30 minutes (great for exercising) or you can use the Metro and arrive within 10 minutes.

The hotel staff was great, they offered suggestions in the area and also some advise on getting into this Torino's city center. The hotel is near a metro station but depending on the sites you want to see his may not be the best route of transportation, we were headed go the national film museum and there was no train option for that.
The hotel was nice but the location may not be ideal for everyone.

Great location close to Bernini and no 9 tram line. Very helpful staff and a room with everything we needed for a short stay. Highly recommended.
