Based over three floors, the home includes three versatile bedrooms to host the family, two bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen and multiple areas to unwind both inside and outside. Situated in the colourful Stokes Croft area, which was recently named 'coolest neighbourhood in the UK', you won't be bored staying at this property!
Picton Street is right in the heart of the district, just off Stokes Croft and Cheltenham Road, and within comfortable walking distance of the shopping district, University, Floating Harbour, Downs and everything else that Bristol has to offer. There are several independent shops, pubs and eateries within just yards of the front door. Two mini-marts stocking literally everything are just across the road and the nearest supermarket is a 5 minute stroll. The house was purchased in 2023 - the garden and downstairs area have been extensively renovated so we hope you enjoy what we think are some great improvements, as well as a taste of life in this incredible city.
