The Space:
Location: Nestled on the 1st floor of Grand Caribbean Condominiums, this charming 2-bedroom condo offers a private, covered balcony with breathtaking Gulf of Mexico views.

Community Perks: Dive into relaxation at the beautiful pool, or take a quick stroll down the community boardwalk for easy beach access.

Bedroom Setup: Rest easy with a king bed in the master suite (with its own bathroom and balcony access!), two twin beds in the second bedroom, and rollaway beds for extra guests.

Open Concept Living: The fully equipped kitchen flows into the dining and living areas, creating a perfect space for cozy beachside gatherings.

Entertainment & Convenience: Every room is outfitted with flat-screen TVs and cable, plus high-speed wireless internet. A private washer/dryer is also included for your convenience.

Boat Parking: Smaller bay boats are welcome—just let us know when booking! Parking is available for two vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.

Winter Texan Rate: From November 1 to March 1, enjoy this cozy retreat at just $2,000 per month plus fees.

Guest Access:
Guest have full access to the condo and pool, as well the private boardwalk.

Getting Around:
This property is not zoned for golf carts.

Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.

ACCESS CODE We have an electronic lock on our property. You won't need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy.

INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and bath towels. There is a coffee maker.

SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.

We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled.
Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following:

-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in.
-Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG.
This damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay. Please note, any damage incurred must be reported during your stay to ensure coverage by the waiver.

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were on the first level so access was easy. We had a small issue with a bathtub but they came and fixed it quickly! We’d definitely stay here again next summer.

The place was nice and location of unit was great. I had an issue with a phone number on their VRBO page on the app the was apparently for someone sho is not related to the host and caused me to almost be scammed. Things were sounding fishy so I turned off my card and later saw where there were some fraudulent charges they tried to put on my card. This caused me to have to cancel my card which was a huge hassle due to I had to update billing info where I was using my card before. I reported to host and contacted HBO but didn’t really seem concerned. During my stay the bad phone number was still on their page.

The property and location are great! Just a few items to note…the primary bathroom shower drain is very slow, the fridge did not cool down very well. Had to keep milk in the freezer, pantry door was damaged when we arrived. Patio seat broke when sat on. Would recommend bath mats for the bathrooms and kitchen mats for the kitchen area.

The property was very nice. The realty office was not friendly or helpful. Property was clean way before 4:00 but would not let us ck in earlier. Did not even say anything about gate combo to pool being different than door code. So we couldnt get into pool till folowing day when we could reach them. Never apologized but said, well their should be a note somewhere in condo. Should not be our responsibility to search for it.

A few minor issues with the door lock and the tv, but over all a decent place to stay. Response from the management company was fairly quick The window treatments need to be replaced in the main bedroom and the couches are worn-out and old, but not horrible. We like to ride a beach buggy up and down the coast, however, there is no access to the beach and no place for storage for a buggy here. Also, the wifi is awful. The boardwalk is lit, which made it easy to get to the beach in the dark. I got a hint from TicTok to wash dishes and flat wear as soon as you get to a short term lease, which was brilliant. We found several plates and pieces of silverware that were dirty.

Please more soap, especially for the shower Kleenex! Good number of forks and spoons but not enough knives More kitchen towels. There was just one. We went and bought another. Check to ensure there are bath mats in both bathrooms Otherwise, great place!! Thank you!

Beach access was great. Pool was also great. Condo so clean and comfortably furnished. Kitchen appliances and laundry room were top of the line. Definitely recommend staying here. Hope we get to again.

Property was just as described. Furniture was so comfortable! So fun to be right by the pool. Security was comforting as gates required codes into pool area and also from the beach. The walkway to beach was short and in great shape and was lit at night. Much less populated area on the beach was very nice. Perfect home for a family of 4. Definitely would like to stay there again!

As the title states. this is a great property and location! Beach access was terrific, but you need to bring your own chairs and shade as the local rentals only service certain locations and the Grand Caribbean isn’t one of them. Overall great experience and communication from the property manager. We will be back - Thanks!

We absolutely LOVE #1007 and the entire property. This was our second stay in this condo and it works perfectly for our family. The balcony/patio is located inside the pool fence, so continuing to swim with older child during nap time, with a baby monitor on the patio, works well. The beach access is easy with wagon and jogging stroller. Washer and dryer are also a bonus, plus the laundry room is a good size and a great place to store all the beach and pool toys when not in use. Great water pressure in showers. We will definitely be back next year!

The unit was well appointed and had everything we needed more or less. It was clean and has recently been remodeled. I was disappointed to find no coffee filters after bringing my own coffee and creamer. A reusable $2 coffee filter would be appreciated or a small stack of $0.02 paper filters. They weren’t kidding that they only had starter supplies. There was one bag in each trash can with not replacement in sight. No shampoo, tiny soaps, and no salt or pepper anywhere. I enjoy staying at places with full kitchens because I cook but hate packing my entire kitchen to go. A La Quinta hotel room is better supplied. I would have packed more if I was staying the week but it was only a two night stay for myself and my kids to have a whole day at the beach (bring your own beach towels, chairs and sand toys too). We used the pool twice and it’s perfect for little kids! It’s only 3 ft deep for half of the pool and has a rope separating the 6ft deep end. It’s also heated or was just naturally warm. No jacuzzi though. The short wooden walkway to the beach was great! I brought a wagon and was able to pull it to the beach easily with no stairs to deal with. Overall…I would rebook here and just pack like I’m going camping and bring every little thing with me.
