Sitting on almost 5 acres of land, your group will enjoy peace, quiet, and beach access from a set of stairs on the property. The large patio areas offer the perfect chance to relish the 180-degree waterfront views, soak in the hot tub, or fire up the grill. There's even a newly added tennis court and a chance to spot eagles flying overhead.
Inside, the large kitchen comes fully equipped, while the newly-added family and game room features a ping pong table. An extra bonus, this home offers you the chance to take a "green vacation" as it's 100% powered by the sun (minus the gas cooking). Every month, we're eliminating over 1000 lbs of CO2 emissions.
Spread out between three beautifully decorated bedrooms, plus a bonus room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, trundle twin beds, and an ensuite bathroom. You'll find queen beds in the other two bedrooms, trundle twin beds in the living room, plus a queen-size sleeper sofa. With one more trundle bed in the game room and 3.5 bathrooms, your entire crew will have the space they need.
Centrally located on the island, you'll have easy access to Greenbank Farms, Langley, Coupeville, and many nearby beaches. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

The home is beautiful, with gorgeous views from every room. The living room was large enough to play our family’s two favorite games...with all 17 of us! The kids lived in the hot tub and played in the big yard. The stairs to the beach were very sturdy. The kitchen is huge and had everything! It was The perfect place for us!

The house worked great for us, including our friend with mobility issues (walker, wheelchair). The house and grounds were as described and the kitchen/living area are better (more open) than pictured due to a recent renovation. The kitchen was well supplied. Being east facing on the bay was a good thing--no strong ocean winds, allowing us to eat on the patio. The house is centrally located on the island allowing easy access north to south. We especially liked hiking at Trillium Woods and Deception Pass and walking/tide-pooling on Double Bluff beach. The rental agency was very helpful and easy to work with. We highly recommend staying at Orca Ridge.

Our friends and family came together and share a lovely Thanksgiving at this beautiful home. We loved the location and open home design. The views while we cooked together was inspirational and provided the perfect backdrop for a warm and lovely holiday gathering

This home is beautiful and has a great view. Being able to bring our pup was also a bonus, he loved running around the back yard. The shower head in the primary bath needs to be cleaned or replaced as it sprays on the walls and not you. We found mice had eaten food left on the counter, so be ware. The kitchen cabinets are really loud, so who ever sleeps in the living room should be a heavy sleeper. Overall, it was a great stay.

Beautiful home- just right for our week-long family holiday celebration. Our only issues were mildew in the jacuzzi bathtub and running out of propane (so no heat in 13 degree weather) on the last day of our stay. Otherwise, we loved the location and layout of the house. Beautiful views of the water and great walks on the beach.

We stayed 3 night at this beautiful house. We were 3 couples relaxing, playing games, and enjoying the few. Although the master bed was too soft, there was plenty of room for all of us.

We spent two glorious weeks with friends in this wonderful house located on Whidbey Island. It has stunning views of Puget Sound from back patio where we spent most of our afternoons and evenings. Property manager was very responsive to our requests. Overall, this was one the best properties of the 7 that we have rented through VRBO.

We stayed at the Greenbank property for part of a recent family vacation in the Seattle area. Whidbey Island and the house were definitely highlights of our trip! The house and setting are lovely and the pictures don't do either justice. We would love to return again.

We really enjoyed this property for a long weekend family retreat. The house was the perfect size for our extended family and dogs and the fenced backyard was awesome. The views of Mt. Baker and Mt. Rainier were amazing and the location was peaceful and serene.
