About this house rental
Dedicated 3 Bedroom 6 Bed Kaysville Utah vacation home in a great location for both Winter and Summer activities. Close to Hiking, Ski Resorts, Lagoon, Cherry Hill, Boondocks.
Walkable to Park, Library and easy access via freeway. Free Parking, Fast WiFi. New furnishings and appliances.
Great for visiting friends and family in Davis County.
Close to hiking and outdoor actives in the summer, Skiing in the winter or visiting family locally while enjoying your own home.
The space
This historic home was built over 100 years ago and has been updated throughout the years with comfortable modern amenities. We work to maintain the house and keep it in working order.
Easy access to I-15, walk across the street to enjoy a fun public park and the Kaysville city library.

Bedrooms Main Floor: On the main floor of the house we have two bedrooms which can sleep up to six people. There is a one full bathroom with a tub (no shower) on the main floor.
Bedroom Upper Floor: The upper floor has one bedroom (queen bed), with a small alcove and an ensuite Bathroom and Shower. To reach the upper floor you will have to climb narrow and steep stairs. These are the original stairs of the house and have not been modified.
Bathrooms: We have two bathrooms in the house. The main floor has a tub and the upper floor has a shower. Please note: To reach the upper floor you will need climb narrow stairs.
Kitchen: The kitchen has a full stove, fridge, keurig coffee maker, toaster, cups, plates, silverware, and dishwasher. Note: The dishwasher is a high efficiency dishwasher which does take time to wash dishes. We recommend only using it for longer stays.
Alarm: We have a Ring Alarm System at the house which we’ll disarm before you arrive. This is also our Fire, Smoke and CO2 monitors.
Parties: We do not allow any type of party on the property. You will need to limit the number of people to the number booked. If guests are found to have had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges billed at $50/hour plus any damage which might have occurred.
Pets: We do not allow pets at this time.
No Smoking or Drug Use: This is a non-smoking property. That includes inside and outdoors of the property. There is a minimum $500 smoking clean-up fee which will need to be paid. We do not allow any type of illegal substances or drugs to be used on-site.
Commercial Activity: We do not allow any type of commercial activity at our without prior written consent, including but not limited to; food trucks, music actives, any feed charged event, commercials, TV or movie production, photography, etc.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire home. We’ll be available by phone and messaging if you need anything or have a question.
You have access to six beds in the house. 2 Queens and 4 Twins.
Across the street from the Kaysville City Heritage Park and Library. Easy access via to I-15 Freeway. Close to outdoor activities including skiing, 45 mins to Park City, 25 mins to Snow Basin and 25 mins to Salt Lake CIty Airport. Local Bus Route 627 and 470 one block away (5 min walk)
Parking is available for up to 4 cars. Two cars on the curved driveway in front of our home and up to two cars in front of the garage in the back.
Note: Please do not park on the driveway on the side of the house as it is a shared driveway with the Neighboor.
Other things to note
Kaysville City does not allow Street Parking at night between Nov 1 - Apr 30 to allow snow plows to clear the road.
Noise monitor device -"Minut" is installed inside the house which is industry compliant to notify of loud party noise and disturbances. In order to protect privacy this has no camera, no conversations recorded, no data loopholes.
