● This suite is located on the second floor and it’s just one of three distinct listings all housed in the same building, resembling the charm of an apartment complex or a boutique hotel. You'll have access to shared amenities (washer and dryer). The oceanview balcony is exclusive to you.

●We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies or accommodate alternative dates.

★Stays over 60 days★
There is a required monthly cleaning fee to be scheduled monthly of $165 a month. This monthly cleaning fee is required every 30 days of the duration of the reservation and Guests are required to schedule it and a request for payment will be sent.

★Dog friendly only★
Pets are welcome upon approval first. There is a pet fee of $150 per pet once approved of pet. No pet is allowed if not approved by host first. We serve the right to not approve a pet. Please ask before booking. No cats allowed.

● There's a construction next to the building. Please note that construction in the Manhattan Beach is very common and the no noise ordinance is strictly enforced by the city. No radios or music are allowed on the construction site.
Constructions hours:
Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Construction is prohibited on the Sunday.
Additionally, please note that the building under construction is located in the back of the building and does not interfere with your patio ocean view area which is on the opposite side.

●There will be an extra cleaning charge if the home is left excessively dirty. To be determined by cleaning staff. Also, extra charges for any stains or damages to property or furniture.

●This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in unit and on balconies or decks per the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance.

●Our cleaning staff arrives promptly at checkout to prepare for our next guests. There will be a late checkout charge of $150 for the first 30 minutes, and a charge of $150 for each 30mins thereafter, unless complimentary check-out has been given by the host prior.

●For your safety and comfort, we work with a third-party insurance that covers property damages and conducts background checks. Participation is optional, ensuring your privacy and convenience.

●Guests who violate the rules or who do not check out on time, or cancel the reservation, forfeit their right to leave a public review.

●Please note that if you are under 25, we may decline your booking request and/or cancel your reservation.

● Please note that our company policy, it is mandatory for all guests to fill out our own company check-in form with ID verification for future reference. Please be assured that we prioritize the security and confidentiality of your information.

Therefore, in the event that you decide to cancel and we approve the cancellation within the parameters of our policy, please be aware that a 3.5% charge based on your total reservation amount will apply, and this charge will not be refunded.
