The property was beautifully decorated and on trend it was lovely
Absolutely lovely enjoyed every minute of our stay
3.5
The location was excellent and breakfast included made the cost a really good deal. I was a little hesitant as you are sleeping above a popular pub. However we were on the top floor and the noise from the private party didn't disturb us.
The room had a slight damp smell. Couldn't see any damp anywhere and the rooms are well decorated, it just may be worth looking into
3.5
excellent location on seafront
very large rooms
newly decorated and clean throughout
loud music from bar below and drinkers outside till midnight
only 1 cuppa each with breakfast any extra you have to pay for
no toiletries provided and no shelf or anywhere to put stuff in bathroom
4.5
The staff were great and the breakfast was really good.
Too many stairs could have done with a lift due to bad knees.

All Clean and new
The shower didn’t work only freezing cold water or boiling and it just dripped out

Breakfast excellent and the hotel is a warm and comfortable environment. Staff very efficient and pleasant
Need to warn potential customers of the many stairs to some rooms

The staff were exceptional. Food superb. Nothing was too much trouble
As an above knee amputee, I found the stairs a little of a hindrance, although I was offered a room on a lower level. But the stunning sea view was worth the climb.

The location was amazing on the beach front, beautiful interior, the breakfast was really tasty. Staff was really friendly and helpful
There was nothing we didn’t like was a brilliant hotel and location
4.5
Food and service were excellent and the staff worked very hard to ensure every guest was looked after, even in an emergency. They are a credit to the business.
Early evening closure was disappointing. Also a little concerned that there were no staff on site from approximately 9pm until the following morning. My room (5) had no card/written instructions on what to do in an emergency. Relying on guests to ensure the rear door was secure in the evenings is worrying.

Bed was comfortable
Room was small, no storage for clothes, only 3 coat hangers on the back of the door. Shower was too slow. Not much choice at breakfast unless you wanted a cooked breakfast.

Lovely, modern and clean 👌🏻
Lots of stairs to reach your room

Looks like it’s been recently decorated and looked clean and fresh. Food was excellent, especially the breakfast.
All good.

Very modern and well furnished, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Lack of shelving or hooks for towels in the bathroom and the only iron available didn't work and only a broken desktop ironing board. First set of stairs are very steep and could cause a problem for some people carrying luggage. No one around when I went to check out at 8.30am on 27/12/2023

The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The hotel was in an ideal location.
The hotel bar was decorated to a high standard and was a comfortable atmosphere

Lovely rooms could still smell the paint as they have all been revamped recently
It was very quite we were the only 2 people having breakfast in the main bar it was really cold and there were 3 staff only 1 which was working we got our breakfast but were half way through it before we got toast which wasn’t even the slightest bit brown

Superb breakfast, great location
They need to getvthere systems up and running properly, the staff need to be fully aware of what has been booked. They wasn't aware we had paid for breakfast when we had and had to challenge us on our way out
