About this campground/ rv resort rental
RV on a lake in a campground.
Great for parties. Campground is 140 acres and could even be entirely rented for events, such as a music festival.
The owner is always present on the campsite and available if needed, but you will have complete privacy in the house

Lazy L Lake Campground Rules for those renting the house. If party is also using campsites or RV Sites, then additional rules will be provided.
● Stay south of the power lines on back of the property.
● Conduct of children and guests is the responsibility of the party renting the RV.
Refrain from: walking through someone else's campsite, riding a bicycle recklessly and
after dark; using profane language; vandalism of any sort.
● Speed Limit is 5 mph
● Golf Carts and Side by Sides are permitted. Drivers of golf cart and side by side must be
14 and older. Golf cart and side by side will observed the 5 mph speed limit. Total
persons riding should not exceed the capacity of the cart is design for. Golf Carts/Side by
sides must stay on mowed trails. Carts must stay out of farm field. Stay south of the
power lines.
● No Pets inside the house. Pets outside must be kept on leash.
● Campfires are permitted and must be supervised until it burns down.
● No cutting down trees or taking woods from the campground property. You may
purchase firewood from the campground.
● Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Children must be accompanied by parents outside during quiet time
● Public intoxication that creates a nuisance, diminished self-control, or a disturbance to
others will lead to police involvement and ejection from the property.
● Visitors of guest must register at office before entering campground.
● No littering, throw all trash away inside a garbage can or dumpster
● Cleanliness: Guests must keep the beach and shelter house clean and tidy
● If guest has any problems contact the management.
Lake Beach/Swimming:
● No Lifeguard on duty.
● Swim at your own risk from dawn to dusk.
● In case of an emergency call 911
● Swim in roped off area
● No glass on beach
● Children 14 and under need to be accompanied by an adult
Boating:
● All Indiana waterway navigation rules apply to Lazy L Lake Campground
● Maximum speed is idle speed
● At night lights on
● You are responsible for insuring your watercraft
● Do not pull boats in beach area
● Children under 13 must wear a life jacket at all times
● Must be a life jacket for everyone on the boat
● Do not park or dock up to a camp area
● Docks are private property: Keep Off
● Boats must be driven counter clockwise on water
● Stay south of Power Lines

The beach and lake are not private, they are part of the campground. Larger groups than can sleep n the house can bring an RV or sleep in the camp sites. Depending on how far ahead you book, over 100 could sleep in the campgrounds.
We charge for everyone who comes to the campground. If you invite anyone out to meet you, we will charge the daily additional guest fee of $5 for each day they are there, which is the price for entering the campground for the day. Their is also a tent that is available to rent at $10 a night.
Bait is available for purchase at the bait shop at the campground.
Firewood is available for purchase from the campground owners.
Kayak and fishing pole available for use.
