About this house rental
Located in a quiet cul de sac near the popular area of Wollaton, Cherry Tree House is a contemporary home offering guests a truly wonderful stay. Cherry Tree House has been completely renovated to provide a stylish four bedroom property. With an open planned kitchen and dining room providing the wow factor for you and your guests, Cherry Tree House is a delight!
The space
On the ground floor, you will find a separate spacious lounge providing the perfect spot to relax with friends and family. There are two double bedrooms with a family bathroom including a shower. Completing the layout is the spacious kitchen and dining room with patio doors leading to the back garden with paved seating area. Perfect for al fresco dining! On those warmer days, there is a gas BBQ for your use.
The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, coffee machine, microwave and more. There is a small utility room off the kitchen with a washing machine and storage space if required.
Upstairs you will find two spacious double bedrooms with a further bathroom.
There are 4 bedrooms in the property – Three of the bedrooms have King beds, but can be converted to twin beds. Please advise if twin beds are required when booking.
The property has off road parking for four cars. Please note that on street parking is limited in the area.

The house is located in a residential area, so consideration for neighbours is very important.
No loud music or parties will be allowed, and noise to be kept to a minimum if returning from a night out.
