The hotel was overall nice but I was on ground floor and whomever was on top of me was very disturbing. Had to contact office a few times. I thought maybe they would offer to switch rooms but did not and I already felt bad complaining. But it really was that bad. Other than that it was nice, clean and comfy. I would prefer a bath tub and a hot tub. The pool was nice and free breakfast was good. Next time I am not staying underneath someone. I was awaken at 5 am as well by banging. Pay too much money for all that.

This is the most comfortable sleep. We have had an any hotel in our 53 years of life. We love this hotel so much that we recommended it to a future bridal party for company that will be coming out of town.

The first room that we were given reaked of tobacco smoke so we were given a different one. In fact the whole 4th floor smelled of ot, even though this is a non-smoking hotel. We had a king room and it was spacious and the bed was comfy. The bathroom looked a bit worn around the edges like it needed some repairs. Our body wash container in the shower was totally empty. Our floor had 2 of each modern laundry machines in a large room at reasonable prices. There may have been a laundry floor on each floor. It seemed that whoever built this place expected giants to rent it. I couldn’t reach the shower nozzle nor the hook in the bathroom and the coffee machine was out of reach. It was even difficult for my husband to reach and he's not a short man.

The WiFi and telephone in my room never worked. I requested twice that my room get a total cleaning. I was anssured by the manager that the room would be cleaned. After being gone all day I returned in the evening to a dirty room - full trash cans, dirty towels and an unmade bed. It was too late for the room to be cleaned so we spent our last night in a dirty room. This was very upsetting. Too bad the service doesn’t match this renovated facility.

I wanted to be able to give a 5 star review, but a couple of things prevented that. The 2 girls at the front desk at check in made me feel like I was an interruption. Also I could not find a hair dryer in the room. I mentioned this at checkout and was told it was supposed to be there, but sometimes they just "disappear" with some guests. I would think the cleaning crew might notice that after someone leaves. And while the hotel info mentions a bar in the lobby, there is no one there, just a bar. Perhaps it would be different on the weekend evenings but I was there on weeknights. On the positive side, the room was great and the beds were super comfortable! The towels were oversized and nice and fluffy. My grandson enjoyed the fitness center and was even able to hook up his Playstation to the tv in our room. The breakfast buffet was delightful with a big selection. I was expecting a basic continental-type breakfast like muffins, yogurt, and coffee, but there was a full hot selection of eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, and on Saturday biscuits and sausage gravy, along with make your own waffles, oatmeal, fresh fruit and various cereals and juices. Everything was kept well stocked. Kudos to the kitchen crew! Be aware this is a pet friendly hotel, so there were occasional barking dogs. Also, since it is literally right next to the Funplex, there are many young children running around. The gentleman at check out was very pleasant and cheerful. I enjoyed our brief conversation.

We had a wonderful stay. I was very happy to see that it was clean, the bed was comfortable. They have a very nice continental breakfast. Since we were visiting a few places, the area was perfect for our daily trips. We're going to be staying more often with Wyndham hotels.

The rooms and the hotel are really clean, bed is comfortable, staffs are all polite, great location for travelling. Only downside is you need coin to use the washing machine/dryers.

Very clean, comfortable and fresh. Breakfast was the typical scrambled eggs, potatoes, waffles, bagels, yogurt buffet routine. Our room was large with a seating area. We were worried it would a loud place because of the proximity to the activity park but we didn't hear a peep outside of daylight hours. Recycling in the rooms but oddly, not in the breakfast area...hmm. Easy to park and get in and out to the main road. Other than a few banged up places on the wall, the room was very clean and welcoming. Great overnight for us.

Very nice front desk staff even with a very late check in time. Room was clean and fresh with an updated look. Included breakfast with the basics of eggs, bacon, cereal, waffles... Everything was good no complaints.

I strongly suggest to tell guest to let front desk know if they are stayi g more than one night to request room service and clean towels etc. We stayed two nights and was unaware that we had to request this after coming back in late at night and seeing no clean toiletries and clean linen on bed.

The parking needs to be better place shares parking lot with fun Plex and it's hard to find a parking spot, the outside lobby and around parking lot there is trash from people coming from fun Plex, the elevator needs to be cleaner, breakfast area tables need cleaning,in my room my toilet seat cover was loose the soap dispenser in the shower was empty,the box spring was not even on bed, under the sofa needs to be swept and mopped,the shower needs to be cleaner, hallways and even room I stayed in smelled musty

The place is new next to a water park, checking was a breeze, we where told they clean every rooms every 3 days(i guess it is because they are low on employees i dont know) we never saw a cleaning cart or lady the 3 days we stayed there. we where also told they where going to only remove the trash from the room daily wicth it never happend we had a big garbage bag filled with garbage from our trip that we used for the garbage. We needed some towels i went to front desk they said they will send some and never did i had to go to front desk again the following day and finally got some. The rooms where not clean it looks like they only pass the vacuum and dust the room Also at 3am fire alarm turned on everyone had to leave there rooms.

The stay was good until the fire alarm went off at 3am and all guest had to evacuate. My family and I were not compensated regarding the issue. I asked about it at the desk, and the hostess acted as if she never heard me ask about being compensated.
