Place was really nice. However they charged me twice and now after providing extensive documents, I need to wait 45-90 days for a refund. Should not have to be this difficult for an error that occurred in their end.

Very dishonest cleaning staff, they entered my room and checked my suitcase, I had my rings and they were lost. I contacted the hotel staff and no one responded to me.

We liked the way our villa was set up, very unique use of space for a city hotel. We liked the indoor/outdoor design of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and front desk people spoke some English.

Just wow! By far one of my favorite hotel stays. The staff here is PHENOMENAL (special thanks to Maria for helping our trip go so smoothly). Beautifully appointed rooms, delicious breakfast and excellent location walkable to anywhere in the Walled City. All the popular nightlife is nearby. Walled City itself is not the quietest at night but this didn't disturb us at all (and we had a balcony room). Truly a 5-star experience and we found ourselves comparing all our other stays in Colombia with this one. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I asked for ice in the front desk at night & the guy said he couldnt leave the desk. Also this hotel will kick out your guest at 6pm & I payed for a presidential suite.Not the best way hospitality to my opinion.

This is a great hotel. Great property in the middle of the walled city and close to the sites. Great location. The rooms were big. The bed was comfortable. The shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. The staff really makes this hotel. Everyone on the team was so friendly and welcoming to us. We felt like we were home.

The hotel has the best location, very clean and they always try to help you. Unfortunately I did a big mistake, I didn’t use the safe the first day and someone stole money from my bag. My mistake because you can’t trust people in a hotel. I contacted the hotel but the cleaning personnel said they didn’t do it. Any way, hotel is great! Just careful with your money, jewelry, etc.

Rooms smelled terribly of mold. I had them try and switch me rooms but same terrible smell. Their problem is that the ACs turn off when you leave the room so mold grows in humid conditions like that when the AC isn’t on. They wouldn’t refund the money for the room even though we were only there 15 minutes and didn’t touch anything. They also grossly misrepresent the room sizes. It states the rooms are 600 square feet. Yet I used my measurement app and the rooms are 200 square feet at best. Terrible Place with terrible staff do not stay.

Hotel is not air conditioned throughout, only your room and only if you leave the keys in. The rooms are tiny. There is major road construction going on and cars cannot drive on the street where hotel is located, which makes it very uncomfortable.

Overall the property is beautiful and the staff do an excellent job. I really enjoyed my time there. The only issue I had is some of the things about the room were not working. The front door lock didn't work and they had to fix it, the shower wasn't draining properly, the lock box had no batteries in it and the water was making odd sounds at times. They always fixed them quickly though.

Front desk service was very polite and informative. Condition of the hotel is fantastic and within walking distance of everything the walked city has to offer. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a clean, quiet and comfortable hotel.

This property is amazing. The unique beautiful boutique style hotel is by far one of the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The location was walking distance to everywhere. The staff were great. Tatianna and Eddie were amazing along with the rest of the staff. Whenever I do return I most definitely will be staying here. I mean the rooms especially the beds were comfy!! I only had one issue and that was with my air. I told front desk and by the time I returned from my excursion it was cold as the North Pole in there. Just the way I like it.

First time to Cartagena and the location was perfect. Hotel is super clean and included breakfast amazing. Rooms are separate and not connected but it wasn't a huge issue. Would stay again.

Pros: Hotel is located in a prime location near many top rated restaurants, main attractions, and shopping. It’s also located a short drive from the airport -expect to pay about 20,000 COP or about 5 USD. Breakfast at Apogeo -next door- was excellent (included). The two pools on the rooftop were small yet relaxing with a covered sitting area and loungers plus a 360 view of the city. Our room was equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, nice toiletries, robes, sleepers, luxurious sheets, plenty of pillows, and large bath towels. Few cons: Loud music from nearby bars and people coming from the bars. We were on the 3rd floor and could constantly hear moving chairs from the rooftop restaurant. Plumbing noise and some other weird noise that literally sounded as someone trying to open the door which it startled us several times in the middle of the night. Best part: What made this boutique hotel so unique and welcoming was the staff; friendly, accommodating, extremely helpful, and polite. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel property to anyone who wants to feel safe, well taken care of, and don’t mind the noise.

The room is very new. Beautiful hotel. Two main problems: the wall has a sand treatment that kept falling and making the room seem untidy and dusty. Also, they have a problem with the pipes. Whenever someone flushes the toilet water comes out bursting out of the toilet or the pipes in the wash basin. The hotel and restaurant are beautiful but it was not a perfect experience as a result.
