Wir kommen nicht wieder, es war viel zu laut.

Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt viele Steckdosen an allen Wänden. Es gab eine Autogarage und einen sehr schönen Pool, der allerdings nur morgens für ca. 1 Stunde Sonne hatte. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr sauber und sicher. The apartment was very well equipped. There are many sockets on all walls. There was a car garage and a very nice pool, although it only had sun for about 1 hour in the morning. The condominium is very clean and safe.

Der direkte Nachbar hat uns extrem gestört, mit Korangesängen aus dem Radio, in hoher Lautstärke, 24/7, Tag und Nacht. Das Radio stand direkt an der Wand zu unserem Wohnbereich. Wenn wir die Wohnung verlassen haben, hat er die Lautstärke reduziert. Zudem sind die Pumpen für den Druckaufbau des Wassers sehr laut. Die Geräusche werden durch die Wasserleitungen in die Wohnungen übertragen. Die Lärmbelastung war sehr hoch und wir konnten nur mit Gehörschutz schlafen. Wir würden dieses Apartment nicht nochmal buchen. Warum lässt der Vermieter den Lärm des Nachbarn zu? Warum wird im Angebot nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass die Wasserzufuhr so laut ist? The direct neighbor disturbed us extremely, with Koran singing on the radio at high volume, 24/7, day and night. The radio was right on the wall in our living area. When we left the apartment, he turned down the volume. In addition, the pumps used to build up the pressure of the water are very loud. The noises are transmitted into the apartments through the water pipes. The noise level was very high and we could only sleep with hearing protection. We would not book this apartment again. Why does the landlord allow the neighbor's noise? Why doesn't the offer mention that the water supply is so loud?

Evimizde gibi hissettik

Konumu, temizliği, erken giriş. Isıtıcı temin ettiler. Gayet büyüktü. Her şey yolundaydı. Sorun yaşamadık.

Tesise gelişte kullandığımız transfer için alınan ücret çok yüksekti. Risk almamak için otelden tedarik ettik. Dönüşte aynı yol için 15 dolar ödediğim transfer için 2 dolar ödedim. Havalimanı transferi harç her şey çok güzeldi.

Fantastic stay!

Great hands on management, very efficient at handling my stay. Clean, beautiful apartment. Well equipt kitchen including washing machine. Additional blankets for colder nights. Residential quiet building. Feels safe and security is present. Great supermarket with interesting local produce within close distance which I enjoyed also.

For colder nights the ac unit doesn't have a heat function, but I suppose it's hardly ever required in Luxor!

J'ai aimé l'appartement, la propreté, le confort. C'est un lieu top pour une nuit de transit.

C'est très impersonnel, aucune chaleur, pas du tout représentatif de cette si chaleureuse egypte.

Great experience

The apartment was bright, clean and with new furnishings. The host was very helpful and easy to contact with. The area is quiet. We had pleasant stay.

Value for money. Exceeded expectations

The apartment was very clean and neatly maintained. It had a kitchen and all utensils. It had all the facilities for a long term stay. Highly recommend this for people looking for long term stay. Host Khaled was very welcoming and called multiple times to check that we are fine and comfortable. Definitely exceeded our expectations. It has a supermarket just outside the gate for any needs

All issues handled very well, had a relaxing stay

Very big apartment with it’s own parking space next to a supermarket. All the rooms have air conditioning. Nice, friendly and helpful owner.
