Welcome to Villa Vitti, a glamorous 5-bedroom villa located in Lurin, St. Barts. This jewel of a villa combines unsurpassed luxury with stunning ocean and sunset views. Classic elegance and exquisite attention to detail define Villa Vitti. Spread across several pavilions, the open-plan design flows superbly from one space to another. Luxurious furnishings and graceful island décor enhance the glamorous atmosphere. From everywhere, you can enjoy alluring ocean views towards the islands of Saba and St. Eustatius. Nestled in the hills above Gustavia, the restaurants and shops of the capital city are just a short walk away, and easily reached by car if you don’t want to walk uphil. Shell Beach is also within easy walking distance, or a 2 minute drive, while Gouverneur Beach is a 5-minute drive. Living Spaces: A large great room at the center of Vitti Villa is home to the living room, dining area, and connected kitchen. Doors on one side open to the outdoor terrace and the view, while on the other is a tranquil inner courtyard. The living room features a large, plush sofa, stretching the length of the room. It’s a magnificent setting to sink in and relax, enjoying the cool breeze and some good conversation. At the touch of a button, a large flat-screen TV with surround sound rises out of the floor, letting you enjoy a movie night in style. Kitchen and Dining Room: The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing a gourmet, island-style meal. With views over the Caribbean, you’ll be inspired to experiment with local flavors and ingredients. Our concierge can organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion. A designer dining table next to the living room is the best seat in the house for large, festive dinner parties. If open-air dining is more your style, there’s also a table on the covered terrace outside with ocean views. Bedroom: There are 5 bedrooms at Vitti Villa, spread across the villa to ensure the privacy of guests. Each room is decorated in a soothing palette of white and grey, featuring plush queen-sized beds, spacious ensuites, and ocean views. The first two suites are located in a poolside pavilion, one with its own private furnished terrace area. Downstairs are the three other suites, each overlooking the shimmering Caribbean. Outdoor Features: The luxury of Villa Vitti extends to the outdoor terrace, with stylish loungers, sail-shaped parasols, and plush daybeds. There’s plenty of space to spread out, enjoy the weather, and relax. In the covered terrace, a sleek, deep-backed lounge offers a comfortable spot to admire the ocean views. Loungers surround the infinity pool, letting you sunbathe between refreshing dips in the water. There’s even a wet bar here, letting you mix your own cocktail or pop open a bottle of wine and enjoy your day outside. On the other side of the main living room is an indoor courtyard with a different vibe entirely. A large stone Buddha statue sits in front of a water fountain, while lush ferns shield the courtyard from the outside world. Tranquil and serene, it’s an ideal spot to come for some quiet time and disconnect from the rush of modern life. If you’re craving a day in the open water, a private staircase leads from Villa Vitti down onto Shell Beach. With crystalline waters and a beach made up of small shells, this is one of the prettiest on St. Barts. Also within easy driving distance are the beaches at St-Jean and Gouverneur. Amenities: Thoughtful touches and exquisite design help elevate your stay at Villa Vitti. This fully air-conditioned house also has Wi-Fi, a surround sound system, and French and U.S. satellite TV. Villa Vitti in St. Barts comes with daily house cleaning services and a chef.
