Great spot for a family vacation! Right on the bay with easy access to the mission bay sports center to rent jet skis, etc. Enjoyed fishing and playing in the bay and such a convenient walk to mission beach! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great San Diego beach vacation.

The location is excellent, just two blocks from a variety of eateries and grocery/liquor store. The unit is charming inside and out, and bountifully stocked. But Vacasa’s “24/7 support” is just a call center in Belize, a country in Central America, which was slow to respond to lack of heat, and later a leaking roof. A reply to our inquiry into extending our stay took 5 days.

Location can't be beat! Also it's nice that all the kitchenware and appliances are in good condition, great place to stay. Some idiosyncracies (hot water is consistently inconsistent) but no deal-breakers. The only thing to be aware of is if there are people staying above you will hear them whenever they walk around, open the door, etc.

Pros: good placement on the block. Nicely stocked with paper goods, trash bags, dish washer tabs, clothes det, body soap, shampoo, & conditioner. Good amount of utensils. clean oven and frig with working ice maker and a fresh bag of ice. NICE TOUCH. Property manager was easy to work with. We called to have a few things looked at (dryer blocked with lint, bulbs out dishwasher needing some attention, stopped sink in master, stair lights not working) all were taken care of, and more in quick order. Cons: The hot water does not stay hot for more then 5 min in master shower, then 5 min later gets hot again. carpet looks tired. Over all we will rent this place again. The outside draws a lot of attention, its very cute. love the picket fence on the patio, lets more air through. The placement of this house is the best on the block. We have rented others for years, this one is the best. there was only 3 of us, but for sure this place would hold more very comfortably. we were there to celebrate our Mother's 93 birthday Sept 23, 2022. She too said this place has been her fav so far.

What a wonderful place to vacation with family. This was the first time renting from Vacasa. It was great very informative the easiest check in and check out ever!

Being beachfront was perfect for our little one and the bay side was generally very quiet and family friendly. We were only a few blocks from a number of good restaurants and coffee spots which was convenient. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great place to hang on the beach of Mission Bay...the best of both the Bay views and a short walk to the ocean for sunset views. I would suggest printing out the unit instructions that are linked and making it more clear how to lock the doors.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The condo is bayside and you can see the sunrise every morning. There is a nice walking path right outside of the condo and a grassy area/beach on the other side of the path. This beach area was perfect for my young children to play. The condo had everything that we needed, including linens, towels, beach towels and kitchen items. If we are in San Diego again, we will definitely stay here again!

The house was very well maintained and cleaned. Very cute inside and fairly spacious. It's on the bay side so it's quieter than the ocean side and very calm water. There's nice sandy area right outside the house with chairs and some toys provided. Our only complaint is that there's another rental up on the 3rd floor and you can hear everything (footsteps and slider door being opened). It wasn't a big deal in the day but woke us up in the morning.

This place was absolutely perfect for our long weekend vacation. The view is AMAZING and the house was a great size for 6 of us (my parents, husband, 4 year old, and 1 year old son). My 4 year old absolutely LOVED running out to play in the sand every morning! And my husband, parents, and I loved sitting on the patio and people watching :).
The kitchen is very well stocked with plates, cups, utensils, cutting boards, etc. And it was great that beach chairs were included!
Only warning to future families renting is it is VERY loud when people are in the upstairs unit. We had noise machines for our kids as a bit of a blocker but it was still loud.

This house is great, right on the bay, easy access to the water & very close to the water rentals. A couple caveats, parking your car in the garage with an SUV, is very tight, just be very cautious. You can hear all the walking & movement from the 3rd story & if they're early birds, it'll wake you up. Also, if you sleep with the window open, people are out exercising early in the morning & could wake you up if you're a light sleeper. There isn't a pantry with shelving in the kitchen but there is a small room you can stack your large cupboard items, just limited on shelves for smaller items. We loved this place & would rent again. Everything was clean & there are plenty of kitchen items to cook & eat with. The bbq grill works, but it's small & the burners are old. Knobs are missing & doesn't generate enough heat, but you can still make it work. They also provide you several beach towels & there's space on the side of the house to store your paddleboards or kayak. Great house.

This is a great Beach House right on the Bay. It is a clean, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, perfect for a family. The downstairs area has a spacious kitchen with a round dining table w/ seating for 6 and a kitchen bar with seating for 3. The kitchen is stocked with most small appliances and pots and pans, dishes that you would need. The living room is cozy and opens to dining room and kitchen and there is a beautiful view of the Bay. There are board games in the kitchen pantry. The patio area has seating for 7 people and has a BBQ. There is an outdoor shower off to the side and a place to rinse off sand from feet, if needed. There is a garage and space for 2 cars which is convenient. The garage has a washer and dryer, folding beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys. The upstairs has a nice size master bedroom w/walk-in closet and 2 extra bedrooms, one with bunk beds. All rooms have ceiling fans which is nice for keeping rooms fresh. The closest grocery store is within a mile, so actually walking distance, if you like to walk.
The floor plan makes the 1300 sq ft seem larger than it is. I would definitely recommend this place and am rating this a 5 because it is an excellent place to stay.

Great location with easy walks to restaurants, beach, bay & quick drive to major attractions. The only major down side to this location is the very narrow entry into a shared garage. A minor complaint is it would be nice to have the basics...salt, pepper, coffee filters.

We had a great family vacation at this property! The location was perfect, we could let our kids play in the grass and at the beach on the bay and keep an eye on them while we relaxed on the patio. The house was clean and the management was VERY responsive. The only issue we had during our stay was that the refrigerator stopped working. The team at 710 brought us a large cooler and ice for the food we had and called a repair man. Turned out the fridge needed replacing and 710 did everything they could to make sure we were satisfied and it didn’t dampen our family vacation. I would recommend this house and especially the team at 710. They did a great job.
The only suggestion I would make on this property would be to trim the vegetation along the fence. It’s nice to look at but it takes away from the fabulous patio space you have.

The house was very nice, the ground floor fenced patio was perfect for our 2 year old grandson. Would definitely return.
