About this house rental
A unique early 1900's property that underwent a complete renovation in 2023 with sleek style and relaxation in mind while keeping its original Charleston charm intact. Centrally located The space
Two cottages on the property, so if you have more people then there may be availability to house your entire group. The home is located on Folly Road so there is a small amount of noise associated with that, however that is a small price to pay for the convenient location so that you can get to wherever you need to go quickly and easily. Our rental is a peaceful oasis in a prime location set back on a deep lot surrounded by trees and greenery on 3 sides.. The craftsman style cottage front porch is a wonderful place to relax and drink a coffee or tea as you watch cars with surfboards on top head to the beach for the day. As you enter the house there is the master bedroom on your right with a private bathroom and a smaller bedroom on your left with a bathroom that is shared with the rest of the house. A couple of steps further will show the open floor plan where the living/dining/kitchen is located. This is a chef’s kitchen, designed and built by a true “foodie” with a deep respect for the art of food preparation. A sliding glass door opens to a deck on the rear of the home with a table and a grill, and a fire pit is also available a few steps beyond that. Additionally, there is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The house has 3 smart tv's ready for your favorite shows(WI-FI provided) Living room sofa folds out with a queen foam mattress. Our kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and basic cookware. Everything needed to prepare meals at the house. Coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, extra linens provided, detergent and propane for grill included.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full home along with front and back porch and backyard. This home has a separate detached apartment that can be rented simultaneously. If only renting the main house, parts of the driveway and the backyard are currently shared space but we are working on dividing these spaces very soon.
Other things to note
No pets. We have zero tolerance for partygoers/house parties, destructive tendencies and irresponsible excessive drinking in our home. This home was built with love of craft and extreme level of detail for all to enjoy for many years to come.

In town for sales calls and an event for work. Stayed in The Magnolia with a co-worker so we could have room to relax and spend time together when not working.
Perfect space for 4 people. Indoor in gorgeous and nice outdoor space to get some fresh air. So much nicer than a hotel and less expensive as well.
Well equipped, comfy beds and great tv's topped off the experience.
Bohemian Bull across the street was a definite bonus! Yummy!

my sisters and i stayed here while we were in town to attend a baby shower, and our only regret is we weren't able to stay longer! the home is lovely and very well appointed. lots of nice upgrades were done in the remodel, and we had a delightful time, with everything we needed at our fingertips. the location was perfect for us--close to the house where the shower was held, and the bonus was it is also close to tons of great restaurants *and* Mother Mother Ocean :)) hopefully we'll get another chance to stay here again...and longer!
