The house is just as listed. It is clean inside and out. The bedrooms are comfortable and provide privacy for each guest. The kitchen has everything you need to cook in the home. The is plenty of great room space. The appliances including the easher and dryer work well. The home is close to both Mobile and Dauphin Island. The communication with Matt was great!100% recommended!

The BNB was a nice little property on the south side of town. We had 6 there very comfortably for 10 days. It's a little far outside of Mobile proper, but was well situated between Mobile and Dauphin Island, which we took advantage of several times.
The host was very accommodating, super easy to work with, and usually responded to messages within the hour. It was also the nicest stocked BNB I've been in, with matching utensils, cups, and a full set of real cookware. Beds were also very comfortable, and everything worked well. You could tell the host put thought and effort into making things comfortable for guests.

We enjoyed our stay in the little cottage! It is minutes to downtown Mobile. The property is well taken care of and very clean on the inside. We hope to visit again during Mardi Gras!!
