If you're relocating and need a temporary place to stay while getting settled, this hotel is a good option. I stayed for five weeks, paying $2,102 for the full four weeks, plus an additional week to coordinate with my move-in date. While the pricing for the stay itself is affordable, there are some significant downsides. I found that basic services—like towels, internet, and fees for my service dog—were overcharged, despite explaining that my dog was a service animal (and I'm still waiting for a refund). Additionally, the beds were uncomfortable and made a lot of noise with the slightest movement.
Noise can also be an issue on certain days, which is to be expected in any hotel, but it was more noticeable during my stay. There was also a two-day period when the elevator was out of service, which made staying on the fourth floor a challenge, particularly for those with disabilities, elderly guests, or families with children.
The hotel also had some issues with availability and communication. The front desk is closed at night, and it was unclear that the phone in the hallway should be used for assistance during after-hours. This was frustrating for an early check-in, and I had a bit of a struggle understanding the check-in process. If you're someone who likes to check in early, be prepared for some extra coordination.
On the positive side, the staff was friendly and accommodating, always smiling and willing to work with me on charges. They also provided helpful local insights

This hotel absolutely has sum sketchy people staying at it. But it's actually in great condition. It is nice and new. Very clean. The staff is super nice. If u don't mind the smell of marijuana its great

I liked it but I was by the star door which was load and the bed made a lot of Boise but I still liked the room and staff

Hated it. Kids running around everywhere, loud, people drinking in the parking lot and just a bad overall experience

Overall, it was good, no real issues, though it was a solo trip, and I didn't require anything extra. All the basics were there that I needed.
My only issue was the bed was extremely uncomfortable, both morning I awoke with pain on my hip and shoulder that was against the mattress (side sleeper) basically bruised.
I'm a tall thinner guy and I felt the mattress to be very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were good but man I was sore every morning form the mattress.

Absolutely do NOT STAY HERE! Its awful. The pictures online and the look of this place is deceiving. The smell was so bad in the hallways. My room smelled like someone dumped an entire gallon of bleach. The bed was like i pull out couch. We booked a 3 night stay with 2 rooms due to being evacuated from the Line fire. I could only take it for 7 hours and decided to leave at 1am and find somewhere else to go. No refund which i figured but i rather eat the money then stay here. Dogs running allover, kids and sketchy people. Its the projects, literally. No cameras outside. People drinking and partying all over the parking lots and absolutely no security whatsoever. Dog pee on the hallways. Theres absolutely nothing good about this place other than the 2 sweet young ladies working the front desk. Total rip off and this place should be shut down and turned into apartments which it pretty much is anyways. Im so mad. All we wanted was a good nights sleep not knowing if our house was going to burn down. That was not going to happen here, ever. Just DONT STAY HERE!!!!

THE FRONT DESK HAS LIMITED HOURS. WE COULDN'T GET A IRON OR IRONING BOARD BEFORE THE FUNERAL. THERE WASN'T ONE IN THE ROOM. THEY DID HAV E A FULL SIZE fridge and microwave. THERE WAS NO DAILY ROOM SERVICE. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR FRESH TOWELS..Also we couldn't find the Ice machine.

The hotel is nice but they don’t provide ANY amenities whatsoever. They don’t even have ice, also the kitchens have nothing in them. The WORST BEDS in the history of beds they are a step up from a sleeping bag.

Did not stay there due to my trip being cancelled

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. From the outside, the hotel looks very nice. Looks are definitely deceiving, from the check-in process to the condition of the room. Definitely not safe to stay, we informed the front desk of our issues, they stated that there was nothing they could or would do. Hotels.com needs to remove this establishment as an option. Trust me, find lodging elsewhere.

I reserved a king Size Bed & Received a Room With a Queen Size that was So Noisy & Squeekie the Room Next Door was Banging on the wall with the Noise.
I had to go down stairs for extra towels cuz they would not deliver.
People in the room down the hall were Smoking pot when these rooms were supposed to be Non Smoking.
First time staying there & it will be my Last such lousy Service & Stay.

when we got there the parking lot was full of questionable people, the same for the lobby, we felt very unsafe. The police came as we got to the lobby to escort some people out. we checked in at 11pm to midnight and since we had no where else to go we stay for that night and the manager was kind to refund me the other two nights. we hardly slept because the room to the left and right were loud and talking. 3 times in the night someone be tried to open our door which was so scary and unsettling, especially having our 14 year old daughter with us. never again will i stay at this extended stay. The only thing that was nice is the manager refunded the next two nights.

I really disappointed they canceled my reservation without notice to me and now I don't have place to stay with my family

Except for the kitchen, the room was absolutely barebones. No coffee or tea, no paper or plastic cups for the bathroom, no tissues. 1 bar of soap in the bathroom and that's it. The bed was creaky. The cable was basic. The window blinds did not keep the street lights out or the sun out in the morning. I was awakened at 1:30am by stomping from the room upstairs. It sounded like they were moving furniture and lasted almost an hour. And because there's no carpet, i could hear everything that fell on their floor. It resumed again this morning. Meanwhile I was startled awake by a car alarm right outside my window. The walls and windows are made of paper and you could hear everything outside the room. When my alarm went off, I was exhausted from lack of a good night's sleep. And to top everything off, they have the nerve to collect a $150 deposit which they'll keep for 3-5 days before I see it back.

My reservation was canceled and the property failed to inform anyone about it. It wasn’t until I arrived that they let me know that it had been canceled.

Brand new hotel but couldn't tell. It's a "non smoking" facility. The lobby wreaked of cigarettes. Went to check out room hallways and room wreaked of Marijuana. Turned around went to front counter and told them we are not staying. It's an extended stay so lots of homeless on site and my son didn't feel safe. This was such a mess considering others put a 5 star review. Checked in to another hotel without any issues. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Room was not cleaned and had dirty towels still in it that seemed like were just hung back up to be used…thankfully I noticed the stains all over it before I used it. Water for the shower wouldn’t even get hot. The bed was hard and rickety. It’s an extended stay hotel so there’s a lot of people that look like they live there…which would account for the smell of cooked food throughout the hotel. The only good thing I can say is the manager was kind enough to give us our money back after we checked out early.
