Did the job

The location was very useful since it is right by the airport and we just stayed the one night in preparation for our early flight the next morning. The room was also nice with the added kitchen and was fairly clean.

It was quite noisy throughout the night from upstairs residents and people in the area. Granted it was 4th of July but they should have some sort of quiet hours, we had to wake up at 3am for our flight the next day and people were running around at 12am

The stay was fine, worked in a pinch. We were there as a holdover from a flight cancellation at PHL and a rebooking the

The property is close to the airport and has worked out a deal with the neighboring hotel to use the 24/7 free shuttle.

The couch in our room was heavily stained. It was very gross.

Awful. Really gave me a bad first impression of Philadelphia.

It was close to the airport. Nothing beyond that.

For starters, the property looked very shady. We checked in late. I didn’t feel comfortable outside at night. When we got to our room, we noticed that the door was very flimsy like it had been kicked in before. There was also a gap at the bottom of the door. It didn’t fully close and just felt very unsafe. The unit had no heat. We didn’t realize this until around midnight and by that point, we were too afraid to go outside to the office or to move our children. Our unit was between 55 and 60 degrees all night. We had to sleep fully clothed and we were still freezing because there were drafts from the broken door and all the windows. There also seemed to be something structurally wrong with our building. The whole floor was slanted down. There was a hole in the floor under the carpet and the whole unit moved if someone stepped into it. The counters were slanted toward the hole and the cabinet doors would not stay closed.

We will stay again, good value for your money.

The first day breakfast was disappointing, only sugary cereal and no real juice only fruit punch, 2 pieces of fresh fruit and sugary baked goods. The second day they're had a lot of real cereal, orange & apple juice, bagels, eggs and waffles. Also had fresh fruit, yogurt and baked goodies. Much better breakfast. The staff was very helpful and nice.

The room was clean but needed to be vacuumed better, there was confetti all over the rugs.

Enige goede is dat het vlak bij het vliegveld is. Wij hadden een tussenstop van 16u en zijn hier helaas verbleven. En het personeel was vriendelijk.

Wij kwamen aan en een vriendelijke meneer hielp ons. Hij gaf ons de sleutel om vervolgens te vertrekken naar onze kamer. Nou ik steek de sleutel in het gat en doe de deur open. Een vieze wietgeur overheerste in de kamer. Het trok ons er bijna in, abnormaal! Daarna teruggegaan en heeft ons nieuwe kamer gegeven. Deze rook naar lichte friteusegeur, daar hebben we 6u in geslapen en als de wiedeweer door naar onze volgende bestemming! Personeel was top!
