About this apartment rental

Recently built apartment 300 meters from the best beach in Barcelona, the train station and exit to the Barcelona-Girona highway. The floors will surprise you because they are made of natural wood so you can enjoy without putting on shoes, the wooden doors with aluminum handles are a luxury. From its comfortable living room you can go out to the Balcony-Terrace facing the sunrise and your breakfast will surely be inspiring for a great day of enjoyment. Obviously it is very bright and pleasant at any time of the year. The apartment is cooled by the two air conditioning units installed in the home. One in the living room and the other in the suite room. The area is very quiet but in a 3-minute walk you will be on the main commercial artery of Calella. Esglèsia Street. In it you will find all the shops that you have dreamed of just walking through it. To the supermarket you will walk through these wonderful streets that make up the town. Just 5 minutes away. Or less if you take advantage of the 24/24 shops around. When you want to go to the beach you will walk a few hundred meters without stress. The beach is so stunning that you won't need to reserve space. You will have everything so you can choose where. You will have that orange juice and that cappuccino, or whatever you want on a terrace decorated with people from all over the world. And we guarantee that there is peace. You can enjoy the best paellas, fish, meats, pizzas, sangrias and cavas and whatever you like most about the best beach in Calella. You will go to visit the center of Barcelona in 50 minutes without running. Lots of quality of life during your stay. And when you are in the apartment you will not lack any luxury to enjoy it. If you want to cook, the kitchen is super equipped. Almost on a professional level. And its two full bathrooms will help you avoid having to ask permission. TRUE?. All the comfort is not enough for your vacation and here you will have it all.

Great appartment, great location, great host. We had a lovely time in this great appartment with everything one would need. The host was Super helpful ansi nice. I highly recommend staying in this appartment. Location was extra perfect as we love playing Padel and the courses were in a walking distance.
