Groups and families will have plenty of room to spread out thanks to the 7 modern bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces located throughout the home. All four bedrooms are equipped with comfortable bedding and large Smart TVs to give guests the most comfortable stay possible.

Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed with Smart TV is facing the bathroom 1.

Bedrooms 2 features a queen-sized bed, Smart-TV and is facing the bathroom 1.

Bedroom 3 features a king sized bed with a smart-TV and has a master bathroom.

Bedrooms 4 furnished with a two full-sized bed + Smart-TV.

Bedrooms 5 furnished with a 2 queen-sized bed + Smart-TV and has a bathroom attached and the laundry room.

Bedrooms 6 furnished with a queen-sized bed + Smart-TV.

Bedrooms 7 furnished with a day bed + Smart-TV with a private bathroom attached.

If you have additional guests, we can provide two air mattresses as well. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare the correct amount of bedding for your group.

Bathroom 1 is located between bedroom 1 & 2 and features vanities and decent size walk-in shower.

Bathroom 2 sits off the master bedroom. This bathroom is outfitted with a shower/tub combo and a long vanity and mirror.

Bathroom 3 is located in bedroom 5 and feature modern shower

Bathroom 4 is located in bedroom 7 and feature modern shower

Bathroom 5 features a simple bathroom with a vanity and a WC

This spacious area features new appliances, tons of counter space, and all the cooking basics you’ll need to make delicious meals and tasty cocktails. You can enjoy your grub at the large dining table (seating for eight), or head to the outdoor dining area to soak up the sun and the breathtaking views as you eat. Possible wear and tear might seen in the property. Please provide us a chance to fix problems before thinking about cancelling the reservation.

The well decorated living room area is decked out with a modern shaped sofa, a 60” Smart TV and lots of board games. This is the perfect place to hang out as a large group, whether you’re enjoying a family movie night or a fun game tournament from our large collection of board games.

The patio is a collection of vibrant spaces that allow guests to experience Miami like local residents. Cool off in the private pool. We have sun loungers to give you the full tropical experience. The outdoor space is also equipped with a gas grill to relax and have fun under the string lights.

Guests will have exclusive use of the whole property for their entire stay, including the breathtaking outdoor areas.

Free parking is available on the property for 4 vehicles. Let us know in advance if you have more vehicles.

This is a pet-friendly property. The fee per pet is $50.00 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book.

We provide free propane for the grill. We please ask that our guests clean up after they finish using the BBQ. There is no fee for using it, but if the grill is not cleaned, we will charge a $50.00 fee.

The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10:00 p.m - No parties or events allowed.

No smoking inside the house. Fines up to $750.00 for violating house rules.
