Main Description
Holly Lodge is equipped to four star standards, has two king size double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom ( with an electric single bed if required) and a bunk bedded room which has an a single bed and an option further single bed available. There is a main accessible bathroom with shower over and an accessible shower wet room with shower chair. The open plan living areas is split into a kitchen and dining area and the other with comfortable seating for all and a flat screen TV and Dvd.
The lodge has magnificent 180 degree views running from the sea, over the valley and across the slopes of Exmoor. There are two verandas with chairs and tables to enjoy alfresco dining or just soaking up the sunshine.
Set in 3 acres of gardensi t enjoys a good level of privacy being some 50 metres away from it's nearest neighbour with it's own area of lawn adjacent to the Lodge.
There is full access to the three acre gardens, a children's play area, games room, putting green and laundry room where local information and a range of guided walks from our gate can be found.
We allow up to two well behaved dogs in the Lodge that has gates to the main veranda as long as they are kept on a lead on site and not left in the Lodge alone. Free Wifi
The Lodge is fully accessible to M2 rating with a shower wet room and shower wheelchair provided.
Indoor Description
From 1 October until the end of the week before the late May bank holiday, electricity is payable at 25p per unit (or the government reduced rate when known if lower) for all bookings. Guests will make payment to the owner on departure, calculated from metre readings.
Outdoor Description
The Lodge is a distance from the other Lodges with a small lawn.
Guests have complete access to the expansive three-acre gardens, a children's play area, a games room, a putting green, and a laundry room. In the laundry room, you'll find local information and a selection of guided walks that start right from our property's gate.
Parking
Parking for up to three cars adjacent to the Lodge.
Pets Description
We do limit the number of dogs per Lodge to two (£20.00 per dog per visit) and ask our guests to acknowledge the privilege of being able to bring their dogs by agreeing to certain rules. These are geared to respecting other guests ability to enjoy their own holidays, protecting children on site and being able to leave the accommodation in a state to be able to be enjoyed by future guests.
We ask that
Dogs are kept on leads on site and are kept quiet and under control so as not to disturb other guests.
We have gates on our Lodge verandas to allow dogs to move around when in the Lodge but please do not let them on the furniture and keep them out of the bedrooms.
Please do not leave dogs on their own in the accommodation.
Please used the dog walk area for the necessary and place any mess in the bin supplied, there are often children on site and no one would like them standing in something awful!
Restricted mobility
There is a single electric bed in the twin bedroom which can be booked but please note this is not a full profile bed which you can bring as long as you order it yourselves and ensure it arrives and leaves on the morning of arrival and departure. We will put the current beds to one side to allow the profile bed to be fitted but cannot remove furniture from the Lodge
Exit in case of emergency
Exit through main or side door or if necessary out of wide opening ground floor windows in all rooms.
Christmas / New Year
We supply some Holly for decoration otherwise guests are expected to bring their own.

A spectacular view awaited us in arrival. A well appointed lodge which catered well for a variety of requirements including our dog. Highly recommend this and hope to return soon.
