Known throughout the world as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide.
It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums.
Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.
The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists from all over the world every day.
The most famous local event is definitely the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year.
Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns where to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.
The lodging is a half-hour walk from Santa Lucia train station and less than 50 minutes by transport from Venice Marco Polo airport.

Overall, it was great experience- my only complaint was that we were asked to fill out a lot of forms the day of check in and we did not have access to WiFi. The location is ideal!

The balcony was great and so was the location. Unfortunately the internet was too weak to watch anything on the tv.

This property is well situated near Rialto Bridge. It is very close to sites in San Marco and a grocery store. Good directions to find our location, although our tour guide helped us. Important note that this apartment is higher than what you would expect in the US. It is located on roughly the fourth floor. Italians count floors differently than in the US.
The decor is nice inside the property. New fresh sheets and towels were provided. Beds were comfortable. It would be nice to have a little more adjustment of the air conditioning. Also, batteries for the TV remote were dead without any replacements available. The kitchen is relatively nice with a microwave and some pots and pans and dishes provided. Having a plastic spatula would have been nice. It appears the original had been either stolen or destroyed. The Wi-Fi was great and definitely was appreciated. The kitchen could use a coffee maker. This is Italy after all!

The apartment location is excellent! If you arrive by train at Santa Lucia Station, you must take a Vaporetto to Rialto and walk two blocks, and you will be there. I received directions on how to get to the apartment a week before, which was very handy. There are lots of stores and restaurants close by.
There is no elevator, and the apartment is on the second floor.
As others have mentioned, they don't release the apartment before the check-in time (3 p.m.), even if it is available. They told me that the codes are generated automatically at 3 p.m. only. The comms with property management was ok; they have WhatsApp, which was very convenient.
The area is quiet, and all windows have shutters, so it gets dark to sleep. The beds are very good.
The apartment is big and has a lovely family room with a TV. One of the Air conditioning equipment is in the family room, and the other is in the kitchen, so you will need to sleep with the bedroom doors open if you need the A/C.
The apartment doesn't offer a coffee machine, not even a Bialetti, so if you are a coffee addict, bring your own Bialetti.

Other than not getting instructions till checkout time, and some bad instructions. The apartment was real nice and best location. Loved the place real nice apartment. Not the best communication did not respond right away and didn't send directions to the place until check In time. I understand not releasing codes till check in time but other communication would have been helpful. ie directions to get into unit.

Great property, we had an issue with the address listed. The information they send to check in was old. We have to call to get the updated information.

Very central location and a lovely property for families. Check in process is a bit confusing and lengthy.

The apartment was a short walk from Rialto A/B from water taxis although we had to go over stairs and we had little trouble finding the street because of name discrepancy on iphone map and directions provided by apartment. But location was great! Navigating the stairs to 2nd floor with luggages was also challenging. The apartment was huge and comfortable except for one shared bathroom. We enjoyed our stay because location was close to st marks, restaurants, Rialto Bridge. On return trip to Venice train station the water taxi was easy to get to and we didn’t have to navigate the stairs/bridge. Overall, great location And very nice property!!

I would not rent from this property management company ever again. I requested a change to my reservation during the time/cancellation period and the property manager ignored it until the time period was up. We need to reduce our stay by one day bc of a very early flight (6am) the next day which was impossible to get to. I contacted the property manager over and over again without a response. I contacted Vrbo about this situation and they said bc it is a property management listing they could not manually change it but they should be responsive. In addition to this horrible/ costly problem, the beds and pillows were like sleeping on boards. The ac is also only in the living room and kitchen so the bedrooms were very hot. There are many more things I could list but I’ll just put it simply, do not rent this place!!!!

The only knock i have on this place is bed being to hard and it could use more plates and cutlery. Otherwise great place, and great location we enjoyed our stay in venice!

This apartment was in a perfect location, literally steps from Rialto bridge. The apartment has 3 beds but the beds outside of the master were very small. Perfect for young kids but far too small for teens or adults. One thing I need to applaud the owners for is that they seemed to take action in previous renters feedback as I read the reviews and the owners clearly tried to add more amenities. The only small con I have about this place is there really isn’t a view at all from this unit.

We stayed for 2 days during our Italy vacation family of 4 - 2 daughters 12 and 14
The apartment is very close to Rialto bridge - literally 50 steps .. we took water taxi .. but vaporetto stop is right next to the bridge .
Apartment had a very modern finish and furnishings and had a large living room with smart TV..
Of the 2 bedrooms , 1 bedroom was rather small and cramped .. other one was adequate.
Only 1 bathroom
kitchen appliances were modern and worked well. But nothing was provided - like salt sugar laundry coffee maker dish detergent etc .. we had to buy everything from local grocery store , which was an inconvenience. (There is a grocery store ( coop ) abt 2-3 min walk )
I wish the owner would take note of this for the sake of future renters .. who would think of getting laundry detergent and sugar etc for an Italy trip !!
Apartment is located in 2nd floor and there are 5-6 flights of stairs
Also , like everywhere else in Italy , there is
no dryer - so has to dry clothes on the balcony - a clothes line is available
Overall it was excellent experience, except for the inconveniences noted above .. the best part being the location .. would recommend . ( but bring sugar etc with you !!)

Very clean, central and plenty of room. Needs extra blankets or duvets for winter travelling older clientele. No cleaning stuff to keep on top of kitchen/bathroom. Toaster feeble. No winestop which meant we always had to finish the bottle! Would have like map and reccomendations where to buy food and eat.
4.4
Centrally located, spacious and clean.
I wish the pillows were softer, smart TV doesn’t work, and there are at least two flights stairs to access the apartment.

Communication on location was sent well in advance and was very good, communication on access was prompt.
While apartment is on a very busy walkway, the suite itself is very quiet. We ended up eating out while in Venice, but was nice to have a kitchen to have breakfast in the mornings. Air conditioning worked very well! Bathroom is small but manageable. Washing machine was very useful and able to hang clothes out on balcony washing line to dry.
Some small touches like bottled water in the fridge, laundry detergent, basic cooking items, oil, salt, etc could be helpful.

This apartment is steps away from the Rialto bridge. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Clean and comfortable.
Would have received 5 stars if they had a coffee machine. Sorry, I want my coffee in the morning and a little extra touch of leaving some coffee for the travellers would be nice.

Vicinissimo alla fermata Rialto! Spostamenti senza stress! Una favola
Pulizia. Polvere sui pensili.
