Welcome to our stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom holiday apartment situated in the heart of Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), Dubai. With breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf, this spacious holiday home offers the perfect combination of modern luxury and comfort. Whether you're a family seeking a memorable vacation or a business traveler looking for a convenient and short stay close to the beach, this apartment has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.
Living Area:
- The split-use living area is well-furnished with two large sofas a coffee table, and a large TV.
- It also includes a dining table that can comfortably seat 8 people, ideal for meals and gatherings.
- Guests have access to a furnished balcony that offers spectacular views of the ocean, the Bluewater wheel, and the Palm Jumeirah.
**Kitchen:
- The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to ensure a seamless stay.
- It features a premium coffee machine for your convenience.
Bedrooms:**
- The apartment includes four bedrooms, providing ample space for up to 8 guests.
- The master bedroom boasts a comfortable King-sized bed, premium bedding, and an en suite bathroom.
- The second bedroom features a double bed and its own balcony with stunning views.
- The third bedroom offers double bed with blackout blinds for a peaceful night's sleep.

- The apartment is fully furnished and includes all bills such as electricity, water, and air conditioning.
- It has a TV with cable channels and high-speed internet access.
- Two dedicated parking space is provided for guests' convenience.
Across the street from JBR Beach, there are numerous top-notch dining and shopping choices to explore. Within walking distance or a quick 5-minute car ride away, you can visit attractions such as the Wheel of Ain on Bluewater's Island, Dubai Marina, the iconic Palm Jumeirah, and the Mall of Emirates.

We are committed to protecting our properties and guests, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you (the lead guest) will need to verify your details with Superhog Know Your Guest to complete your booking. You will be contacted by Superhog via email and/or text to complete the verification.
You will also be able to choose between paying a refundable damage deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver, as it protects you in case you cause accidental damage during your stay and is cost-effective.
This Property is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). All guests must submit soft copies of their passports in advance of their stay.
The DTCM local tourism tax is AED 10 per bedroom per night.
House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture, and no parties whatsoever. Please adhere to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, this is a NON-SMOKING property. Please refrain from smoking inside the property.
This is a self-catering property. For your convenience we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries. Please note that consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and additional toiletries are not provided.
The cleaning fee included in the booking only covers the apartment's cleaning after your stay (check-out clean). If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged prior to check-in for an additional fee.
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.

Guests and their visitors must respect the fact that holiday homes are permitted in residential family communities. We respectfully request that Guest and Visitor behaviour be reflective of a family environment and must comply with the following general obligations and rules:
• Compliance with the obligations of the Regulations and information provided.
• To respect the residential purpose of the Holiday Home.
• Visitors may not remain in the Holiday Home between 12:00 midnight and 8:00 am.
• Respect residential amenities and security of property and neighbours.
• Refrain from any uncivilised/inappropriate behaviour.
• Guests must not create noise that is offensive to neighbours, during arrival and departure and at any time during occupancy, especially between 10pm-8am. Noise is considered to be too loud if it can be heard by an adjacent neighbour when inside their property with their windows and doors closed.
• Refrain from smoking in non-smoking areas.
• Children under 14 should be supervised in all recreation areas.
• Guests may not make any alterations to the Property without prior written approval of the Property owner.
• Comply with vehicle parking rules, show consideration to and cause the minimum disturbance to others regarding parking.
• To dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance with normal practice at the Property and building or community and in the allocated bins and areas.
• Guests must not leave rubbish in public or common areas.
• Guests must comply with requirements concerning the relevant garbage and recycling collection days, as well as any requirements relating to garbage disposal or waste minimisation.
• To notify DVH Holiday Homes of any disputes or complaints as soon as is practicable.
Please note that Guest and Visitor conduct that is not in accordance with these Rules may result in:
• Eviction of the Guest.
• Loss of security deposit paid, or accommodation amount paid or a claim against a damage waiver.
• Payment of additional fees depending on the damage to the Holiday Home or others.
• Holiday Home Permit termination.
