About this house rental
Nestle in and feel the vibe of downtown Augusta as you are walking distance to the business and medical district. This well furnished home is designed for long term stays. It has 2 master bedrooms: 1 with a queen (gel foam) and 1 with a king (gel foam) and sofa. 2 rooms with twin beds share a full bathroom. 1 GB internet service with 4 new smart TVs. You will enjoy new appliances and a kitchen stocked with essential housewares.
You will enjoy the space and privacy this newly remodeled and exquisitely furnished house has to offer. It is very conveniently located just blocks away from all the action downtown.
After you book, you will receive a text with a 4 digit code (usually the last 4 digits of the booking guest's phone number) to enter the front door. That is all you need to do to check in.
I may access the garage to get the lawn maintenance equipment and do yard work as needed.
This is a block away from the Judicial center and from Dyess Park. It is just a few blocks from the James Brown Arena, downtown, Cyber center, and the medical district. Friendly and helpful neighbors.
Be considerate of the neighbors who are our friends.
Notify the host if any damage occurs or if something breaks or stops working. There are some complimentary bathroom supplies provided.
The kitchen is stocked with amenities including a Keurig coffee maker and some complimentary brew packs. Please keep them in the kitchen.
Do not remove yard equipment and other supplies.
Close the garage and lock the doors before leaving. The front door can be locked last by pressing the lock button on the bottom right of the Schlage Encode Lock.
Ensure stove and faucets are off before leaving.
The outside trash can at the curb is picked up every Tuesday morning.
There is a $50 late check-out fee.
No Smoking. There is a $50 fee if there is any evidence of smoking on the premises.
Before you check out, please remove all trash, personal refuse, and your belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it. The cleaning service cleans all linens and sanitizes all surfaces.

This house was perfect for our little family get together. It was clean and allowed easy access to all the great locations that we wanted to visit. The property manager was attentive and quick to answer with any questions. The location is slightly outside of the downtown area, which allowed for it to be more affordable.

House overall was good for the price.
Only negative is , It wasn’t cleaned very well prior to our arrival though. There was old food in the refrigerator, dirty sox under a bed.
