The Space:
Ideal for a family retreat, this four-bedroom, three and a half-bathroom home boasts a spacious living area, full kitchen, firepit, a refreshing pool (heated when needed), a relaxing hot tub, a fun-filled ping pong table, wide screened in porch, and an expansive shaded outdoor area. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the birds in the shaded outdoor space, graced by one of Central Texas' most ancient Live Oaks!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home except for a small closet or two. Guests will have access to all other closets and dressers for their items.

Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee.
- To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.
- Pet is allowed with an additional fee per pet. Not to exceed 1 pet. Should be weighing 50 lbs or less. Please clean up after your pet as additional cleaning charges may apply.
- There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
- One security camera is located in the driveway for your safety
- Please ensure that the gates remain shut at all times due to the presence of an unsupervised water feature (swimming pool) on the premises.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
-For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.
- Quiet Hours 10pm-7am
- There is a small fire pit in the backyard. We'd like to ask guests to bring their own supplies and extinguish any flames/coals after each use.
- Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind.
Pool Rules:
- Please advise us at least 1 day in advance of your stay if you would like to have access to the heated pool. Please note this feature may not always be available.
- No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
- Supervise children at all times.
HVAC Rules:
AC: If you would like it cooler in your rental, please allow a few hours for the air conditioner to stabilize by gradually lowering the temperature by 2 degrees each hour, placing the fan on AUTO, and keeping doors/windows closed. This helps prevent the AC from malfunctioning due to the intense Texas heat. Ensure the temperature is not set below 68 degrees when cooling.
HEATING: Please do not heat the house above 76 degrees as this will cause strain on the heating system. Please keep doors and windows closed as often as possible. If the temperature falls below 32 degrees outside, please allow all indoor faucets to drip and keep all cabinet doors open.
