I’ve been coming to Melbourne and meeting my family for the last 5 years as we love that area. Came across this property on VBRO and had everything we were looking for during our stay. Had the pleasure of meeting Dean who was attentive and kept in touch with me in a timely manner. Super easy check in and out. The house was beautiful and the pictures didn’t do it justice. The pool area was a lot of fun. And only a short walk to the beach to which most times we had to ourselves pretty much. A great time was had by all!

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for my in-laws, husband and child. The hot tub and pool were a hit and we loved the kitchen. Would absolutely plan a return visit

We were looking for a last minute location for a long weekend that would accommodate our two dogs. We were lucky enough to find this one. The house was more than we were expecting. Everything was perfect. I especially appreciated the coffee bar. We definitely would stay here again, hopefully for a longer stay next time.

Nice quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the beach. Everything was as advertised. The house is very clean and well stocked with literally everything you need including items not typically provided at most rental homes. We made use of the beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, cooler and toys.
We purchased the pool heat which was well worth it. The 2 and 4 year olds spent a lot of time swimming and had a blast!
We were very pleased with our stay and would love to come back!

This is an absolute wonderful house. Location is great. It was spotless! It was so well appointed for a vrbo house, that I almost felt like we were staying with family. While we weren't there but only for a long weekend, and it rained most of the time, the backyard would be perfect... pool is a nice size as well as the hot tub, there is covered dining, plenty of grassy areas, and a grill. When we come back to this area, I will definitely check to see if this house is available!

Our recent stay at this VRBO property was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything about this rental exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail and the thoughtful gestures made our experience truly unforgettable on a holiday weekend. The house itself was beautifully decorated, with a comfortable, spacious and stylish interior. The furnishings were of high quality, and the decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every room had its own unique charm. The beds and linens were all very clean and great quality. The kitchen had everything and more to cook meals. We had three kids ages 1-7 and the house was great for them too! The hot tub, pool and patio area were amazing to relax at, eat meals and entertain everyone. I cannot think of one negative thing about the stay overall. This house is an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10! The owners were very helpful and generous in how the house was stocked so well with anything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back and will recommend this to our local friends to tell their guests!
