This newly built luxury home sleeps 20 with 4 King Suites, a Double Queen Suite, and 2 Bunk Rooms, each with a 4K Smart TV and ensuite bath. Featuring a spacious great room, private access to the pool pavilion, and expansive suites and covered balconies. Have family friendly competition in the game room complete with a custom wall-mounted arcade games with 3,500+ games. Mimosa Manor is conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive in the free golf cart from dozens of great restaurants and shops. Private access from the back porch to the 90ft HEATED pool and clubhouse! Mimosa Manor offers a mix of luxury, comfort, and adventure.

Your luxury villa is just a two-minute golf cart ride from the beach with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($180 a day value). Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!

🏡 THE RETREAT AT MIRAMAR COMMUNITY

Your luxury villa is located in a private community called the "Retreat at Miramar". Guests staying in the property have full access to the 90-foot long heated private Retreat pool and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion. It's a perfect space for cookouts, with 7 Green Egg charcoal grills (charcoal provided) and for cooling off in the pool. Watch sports, movies, and more on the 5 big-screen TVs while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area. Guests are also welcome to fish in the community catch and release pond behind the pavilion. Nestled in the heart of Miramar Beach, Mimosa Manor is conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive from dozens of great restaurants and shops.

We had three families, 33 total people stay in three coastal retreat houses. We had mimosa manor.. this was by far the best of the three houses.. the patio and gate to the pool was perfect. Having a golf cart is the cherry on top.. great house great vacation

We spent a week at Mimosa Manor and loved every minute. The house is beautiful, comfortable and equipped with everything needed. We had 3 families staying together and everyone had plenty of room. Management was very friendly and fast to respond whenever we had questions. It was a very pleasant experience and we will be staying again!

Mimosa Manor was a great place to spend a week for family fun. The large kitchen, living room and dining room can fit multiple families and the kids love playing the video games or fishing right out the back gate. We know we will be back.

Mimosa Manor exceeded all expectations for our vacation to Miramar Beach. It was even more beautiful in person! We loved cooking dinner in the spacious kitchen and enjoying the back patio and balconies in the evenings. One of our favorite parts was how close you are to the beach. Zipping around in the golf cart was so much fun and the perfect way to enjoy the surrounding areas. The Retreat at Miramar is in a great location - close to the beach, tons of great food options, and so many shopping destinations. We'll definitely be back and can't wait to enjoy another vacation at Mimosa Manor!

Your people were swift to respond. The house was wonderful so we only called for help one time, however your people solved our concern within minutes. I would definitely stay with you again. I absolutely loved everything about this home. My family and I had a grand time. the Golf cart was awesome we took a tour around the town. Destin dreamers was great the number they gave to call if you have a problem was great someone answer every time I called and I promise I called for twice for things that I now look back on and could've figured out myself. I would defiantly recommend this house to anyone and I would stay here again in the near future.

Our group of 12 golfers enjoyed Mimosa Manor for our annual golf trip. There was plenty of living and sleeping space for all of us to spread out. Check in and out was a breeze and Destin Dreamers even arranged for some items left behind to be shipped back to us. We would definitely like to return here for a future trip. An added bonus is there are several courses within a very short drive.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and grounds were beautiful. The house decor was sophisticated and upscale. The kitchen had all high end appliances and lots of room for all of our guests to comfortably eat and cook. The 2 washer and dryers were a much used resource given the number of people we had in the home. Loved having 4 king sized master suites with very large bathrooms. Kids were very comfortable in their bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Overall the home was one of the nicer I've rented and very comfortable for a group of 20. The golf cart was great to use for transport to the beach. The house itself was very clean. The outside grounds were nicely maintained and the outside hangout area included couches, EGG grills and TVs which were great. My largest complaint was the pool. For lack of a better word it was disgusting. Dirty, cloudy, hair balls, etc floating daily. We did not use nor would we allow our children to use the pool. We complained to management however the pool was not clear for the entire 7 days of our stay. Disappointing when you pay a premium to have a pool and it was never clean enough for us to use. I also think the pool should have been larger for the number of homes in the area. The other issue is location. I've stayed in Miramar many times and this is the farthest I've ever stayed from the beach. It was a good 10+ min walk to the beach and the blocks were not the nicest area of Miramar. Given we couldn't use the pool we visited the beach daily and the travel time back to the house made it inconvenient to walk back / forth throughout the day.

The home was extremely clean and they provided new bath towels and linen due to covid to ensure our comfort. The property management takes care of any issues right away (if any), and they are just a phone call away. Maria was phenomenal and made sure we had anything we needed. The property had plenty of linens, dishes, and seating to accommodate our large group. The golf cart was a huge addition that made going to the beach super easy. This home is a must stay for your family vacation!!!! We will be returning soon!! Suggestion: I wish there were beach chairs and beach towels available for us so we didn’t have to pack or buy new ones.
