My favourite restaurant in Orange County located next to us 701 restaurant and Bar.

The house was decently clean. The location wasn’t too great for kids or within walking distance to a lot of dining options. The house lost power once and the plumbing in the bathroom was in need of attention. Entrance to the property is through the back driveway through a heavy gate. Not very convenient.

Check in through a lock box, owner will a code. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils. House is just dirty and dusty when we got there and there wrappers not even picked up. Called the property manager and he had it cleaned. The house had a musty smell and yard was unkempt. Rental really need more care. There’s a church in front that has service starts Friday night-so not a good choice if have kids who sleep early.

I was so excited for this trip but unfortunately the property was not what my family expected. Listing is not accurate, it said it had a gym and that is not true at all. No Dryer like it has it on the listing, No Coin laundry. No air conditioning, had to contact the host and he took for ever to take a portable AC. When we arrived at the home, it smelled like smoke. They even had a window open. The host said that his cleaning lady left it open to let the house ventilate. The shower did not look clean at all, and the towels they provided were dirty. Since it’s a duplex from same host, the second night we got neighbors that were loud and up very late in front of our rooms. There is also a worship center right across from the property and they were also loud so it’s not a quiet are. And the worst part is that the listing has 1 bathroom and a half, and it only had 1 bathroom. Very disappointed.
